Chapter 11- Polyjuice Potions

I've finally found a good schedule for updates on my story. I realise now that this isnt in perfect order of events. I may change this one day but for now i'm perfectly fine with this.

After the lesson a couple of days ago where we found out about the chamber of secrets and the heir to Slytherin we wondered if it could be Malfoy, it would make sense right. Hermione came up with the idea to try and get information out of him but ther was no way he would just share that with us so Hermione suggested Polyjuice Potions, we went striaght to the libarary to check out more information on them. -The Polyjuice Potion was a potion that allowed the drinker to assume the form of someone else. It was a highly complicated, challenging and time-consuming potion that even adult witches and wizards struggled to brew correctly.The potion was incredibly advanced and had two separate parts that contained steps for each part. When its brewing was complete, the potion had to be stewed for a month before usage.- (incase you wanted to know what we found out). We thought that this would be the best way to find out more information so we decided for the next month to work on making the polyjuice potions. When I say we I obviously mean Hermione with the small help from us. To brew this potion we need a set list of ingredients which include the following, FLUXWEED, KNOTGRASS,LACEWING FLIES,LEECHES- for part 1 and for part 2 - HORN OF BICORN,BOOMSLANG SKIN, PIECE OF PERSON WE WANT TO TURN INTO. We will find all these things in Professor Snape storage cupboards so we will have to do some sneaky trips after curfew to get what we need and as Hermione is brewing the potions, Harry and ron are the ones turning into Crabbe and Goyle, so naturally it was down to Regan and I to get the ingredients. I can't risk getting caught by anyone because I have the first game of the season against Slytherin coming up soon and I really want to play in it and beat Slytherin and use my new broom. Regan and I decided to go as soon as lessons had just finished to go and get the first lot of ingredients for the potions, i'm pretty sure Snape will be teaching a lesson or finishing up. It's going to be hard but if we work together than we will be fine I mean I have Reegs back and she has mine always.

It was now time for us to head to the supply room and hopefully Snape wasn't in his room and hopefully no one was around, Regan and I made our way towards the dungeons towards Professors Snape storage room.......

Regan POV:

Peeking down the corridor I couldn't believe our luck. Professor Snape was following his second year class out of his classroom towards the Great Hall. At least now Lindsey and I can confidently enter his room without worry of him lingering at his desk. Lindsey waited for them to turn the corner before tiptoeing her way to the professors door, entering it quickly. I waited a short moment before she gave me the thumbs up to come in. Hermione had given us a short list of things to steal from Snapes potion cupboard.

Fluxweed, Knotgrass and shredded Lacewing Flies . All of which had proven a little difficult to get hold of. During class Harry and Ron did a little snooping to confirm the ingredients where in Snape's cupboards.

As quickly as we could, we found each ingredient stuffing them in our robe pockets. We chose to sneak in during one of the Professor's second year classes so that any extra items missing would be put down to inexperienced students and not anyone stealing anything.
"Got everything?" Lindsey whispered, I nodded and we moved to the exit. Lindsey again went first , she was much better at being a leader than i. She then slipped out of the room and I waited a moment before exiting.

"Hey, what you up to princess" I froze in place merely two steps into the corridor. I turned to see a student leaning against the frame of the door, his arms folded across his chest. He couldn't be much older than me so he wasn't a prefect. Thank god.
"I asked you a question. It's rude to ignore someone you know" he spoke again, clearly enjoying the fact he'd court me sneaking out of Professor Snapes room. I'd never seen him before in any of my classes or even in the Great Hall. He looked like he had an East Asian ethnicity, maybe 6 or 7 inches taller than me , black hair with a slight wave in it and bangs threatening to hide if eyes.
"I don't think it's any of your business Ravenclaw" I frowned my eyebrows and went to walk away before his words stopped me again.
"Do you think it's Professor Snapes business then ?" Checkmate! He had me cornered. I turned towards him again, the cocky look on his face would have been endearing if it wasn't for the circumstances.
