It was now the aftermath of our attack on the Burrow. Everything seemed like a blur. We were waiting to hear from higher up if we did a good job. We had caused havoc and mayhem on what I assume was someone's wedding day. Nicely decorated tablets now broken and burnt. Cake splattered on the ground and the plastic figure of a husband and wife melted from the heat. I hated doing this but at least no one was killed or executed as far as I know.

The sharp pain in the back of my head reminded me to find Draco. The chair he chucked at me left a bump on the back of my head. I'm surprised it didn't knock me out. I scanned the room to find him sitting on a chair in a charred corner. He looked empty but I've know him long enough now to know he's worried and scared. Always seemingly composed on the outside, I've learnt this same trick from him. I walked my way over to him like I didn't have a care in the world and the events from the past hour had no effect on me.

"Draco you good?" I asked taking the unbroken chair and sitting next to him.

"Yeah... come back to the manor with me. We need to talk about our next task." I nodded at his words. The next task is code we've given to talking about Regan and Lindsey. No one over hearing would know what we really meant. We was all given separate tasks by the Dark Lord. Usually if it had nothing to do with you you'd have no idea anything would be going on. But because Draco's father was closer to Voldemort it made it easier for us both to find out more of what's going on.

Not long after we was given the clear to Leave and we went to Malfoy manor. His mother asked us briefly how it went and Draco told her it went to plan. We headed up to his room for some privacy and we both left out a sigh of relief when the door shut.

"Fuck today was hard. Did you know they'd be there?" I asked sitting on the sofa opposite the bed, Draco took a seat at the end of the bed rubbing if hands over his face.

"No I didn't. There was no reason for them to stay at the Weasleys with this much going on, they would have moved by now. but I guess they stayed for the wedding. Stupid isn't it. Times like this they need to move fast." He seemed agitated and frustrated with the girls.

"I guess in these dark times people just want a little bit of normality. Unfortunately for us that's not possible... didn't they look pretty." My mind drifted to they way they looked.

"Yes my heart almost stopped when I saw Lindsey. I just wanted to go to her and leave everything behind. But he'd find us somehow and it's not worth losing her forever for the sakes of a few seconds of weakness. I bet you felt the same. Regan was wearing that same purple as her Yule ball gown." I raised an eyebrow at the fact he'd noticed like I did.

"Yeah she was. I wonder if it was on purpose? Maybe she knew somehow that this might happen." I thought looking out the window.

"Maybe she did just incase. You can ask her anyway with your parchment? Has she written anything." Draco piped up at remembering the parchment. I reached into my pocket and pulled it out.

"Oh thank god. She said they are okay. I won't ask her though about the dress, I'd just like to think she chose it for me even if she didn't. How long do you think it will be before we can see them properly?" I asked but didn't really want the honest answer which was that neither of us could be sure we'd ever see them again.

"That's a good question. Maybe once the heats off them for a bit Regan can let you know where they are. I'll go see Lindsey. Maybe you could do the same and see Regan?" He asked.

"No I couldn't do that. I'd never be able to come back here and carry on living like this. I'm not as strong as you when it come to that. But yeah I can ask Regan to do that for you once it's all calmed down a bit." He nodded and the idea seemed to lift his spirits.
