Alex's POV:
I walked into the big school building. I couldn't wait to see the girl, who's name I didn't even know yet. I was looking around everywhere and finally I gave up and headed towards my locker.
"They said we could pick any locker as long as it's not taken," she said, leaning sideways on the locker next to mine. "Every combination is a pattern. Look at you locker number and add the digit 2468 at the end."
"Hi," I said, once she was done speaking.
"Hi," she replied, smiling at me with her perfectly white teeth and her cute dimple on her left cheek.
"I'm Alex," I said.
"I know that already," she said with a small chuckle.
"Yeah, but I don't know your name," he said.
"I guess you'll find out when we go on our date," she said in response.
"So last night's dinner was fine?" I asked.
She nodded, "I think the poker really topped it off."
I smiled and she smiled back. Then she pulled out a piece of paper. "So," she said, "do we have any classes together?"
I pulled out my schedule and held it next to hers. "Three," I said, "Math, Science, and a free period." She smiled. "Well, I guess I'll see you next hour. For math."
I nodded. Then I started to walk away but I stopped, and turned a little. "Love you," I said. She smiled at me shaking her head.
"I barely know you!" She said jokingly. Then I continued on my way. I was already falling in love with this girl. She was 100 percently perfect!
Nina's POV:
I was at my locker watching Alex walk of to his first class period. I wouldn't see him until next period, and I felt kind of disappointed.
I was setting my books on my locker shelves when a girl walked up to me and opened the locker to the left of me. "Hi," I said.
"Hi," she responded. Quick and simple, and then she walked away. Well that was rude. I grabbed my English books and headed to my first class of the day.
I walked through the door and at each table there was two neon colored note cards. "Find your name and sit there," the teacher said.
I waked through the middle aisle. Tables on each side of me. I walked three tables back, and on the left, there sat my name. In big, black letters. NINA MYERS. "Nina," a blonde girl with blue eyes and perfectly white teeth said to me, "hi, I'm Beth." She held up her note card.
I could already tell, either we were going to be best friends or enemies. Mostly likely enemies because she was just so preppy and nice. People that preppy are usual evil. "Hi," I responded. Then already like we've known each other for years, she started talking about all her latest issues in life like the desicions between pink or red lipstick for the first day, and blah blah blah blah blah.
