I wasn't able to sleep that night. Hindi ako makapaniwala that for the first time nakalapit ako sa kanya. Nahawakan ko ang kamay nya. Naisayaw ko sya. Napatawa ko sya. Nagulat ako ng tawagin nya ako in the middle of the crowd. She looked at me directly in the eyes and I just can't look away. Para akong nalulunod sa mga titig nya kaya hindi ko napigilan ang sarili kong lapitan sya. I realized that she's drunk the moment she spoke and took advantage of enjoying the moment with her. Kahit nung gabing yun lang I set aside all my plans, my sanity even coz I didn't have that luxury to be this close with the love of my life every night you know. She sniffed in my scent and I couldn't help but smile. Then she placed her hands on my shoulder and pinched my cheeks. My smile grew wider even if it hurts. The pinch I must say. But ofcourse knowing that this will all be gone tomorrow hurts even more. I looked at her trying to grasp every detail of her face so when the time comes I have to go I would still have her memory in me.

But then she asked me that one question. The one I've been so afraid to hear. I couldn't lie to her. I will never ever lie to her. I'm aware of her condition but I chose to tell her the truth. I can only hope that a miracle would happen and that she would forget what I said. I don't want to leave her. Not yet.

At 4am I decided to get ready for school tutal hindi rin naman ako makatulog. Nasa school na ko by 7am when I spotted Rimmo and Jem near the patio.

"Oy. Ang sweet natin ah" asar ko sa kanila.

Naaabutan ko kasi silang nagja-jamming. Alam mo yun? Yung tipong they're so into their music that they didn't even notice me standing infront of them.

"Baliw. Ba't ang aga mo? Di mo kasama si Eve?" Rimmo asked me.

"Wala lang para maiba. Si Eve? May sleepover sila kagabi para sa paper nila. I'll see her later."

"Ahh Oo nga noh. Nasabi mo na nga pala yan kagabi haha." Rimmo said amused in his forgetfulness.

"E kayo? Anong ginagawa nyo dito? I didn't know you guys could play"

"Ahh. Wala lang. It's been a while since the last time we play. Nakakamiss na kasing tumugtog."

I sat on a bench across them as Jem continued Rimmo's explanation.

"May banda kasi kami dati ang kaso nga lang bigla na lang nawala yung vocalist namin, ayun nadisband kami"

"Ahh. Condolence guys." I said sincerely. I know how it feels.

"De, okay na din yun. Atleast nakapagfocus kami sa studies namin. Nakakapag-jamming pa rin naman kami and no pressure pa." Rimmo said

"E yung ibang kabanda nyo asan na?"

"Ahh. Sila Lance at Prince yun. Okay na rin naman sa kanila yung nangyare."

"Ohh so you're all cool about it." Sabi ko naman. Kaya pala ang close nilang lahat.

"Yup."

"Ano nga palang band name nyo?"

"Ahh e. Corny e haha" sabi naman ni Rimmo habang napapakamot na lang sa batok nya.

"Okay lang yan. Dali na. Ano nga?"

"Nocturne Alley" sabi ni Jem. Nakatingin sya sakin pero blangko lang ang ekspresyon nya. Aba pwede ko tong maging apprentice sa 'poker face101' o kaya I-don't-care-about-your-shit-look 001 haha.

"Ahhh hahaha. Teka familiar yan e. Yan yung asa Harry Potter diba?"

"Hmm. Actually inspired sya dun dahil lahat kami ay Potterheads pero Knockturn alley yun. Yung samin e Nocturne alley." Sabi naman ni Rimmo in a matter of fact.
