6| Easy as that
Bunny was sitting on the edge of the roof of one of Seoul's highest buildings, playing around with the small flames that he creates with his fingers. He loves his powers, light and fire being something he had always liked to look at.
Sighing, Jeongguk jumped down the building, landing on his feet like a cat, barely feeling the touch of the ground even.
He looked around, deciding to take a walk on the streets, through the comforting night air. he grinned as he caused street lamp after street lamp to turn off, darkening the streets, making it hard to recognize things.
He knew, people who are still up would whine about it being too dark and just the imagination of it makes Bunny smirk pleasingly.
That until he felt a quick wind pass him. He stopped walking, as bright blue eyes appeared now in front of him, the owner having his arms crossed over his chest, while levitating a few centimetres over the ground.
"What are you on about today?" The hero asked, Bunny smiled. "Darkness, butterfly. Isn't the darkness beautiful?"
"You sound like a psychopath," Vante chuckled, causing Bunny to press his lips to a tight smile.
"Well, isn't that what I am?"
Vante remembered what he had talked to Jeongguk in the night prior. "Crazy? Maybe yes. But not psychotic, you have your reasons to act how you act."
Bunny smiled to himself, thoughts drifting to Taehyung who had said something familiar like that. "I might do, but what makes you so sure? I could be just a psychopath with no life, that has nothing to do but to tease people."
Vante scoffed. "A psychopath wouldn't say this now, would he?"
Bunny chuckled. "And what makes you so sure, butterfly?"
Vante just rolled his eyes. "It's really not possible to talk to you..."
"Actually, it is possible, with the right person," Bunny retorted, thoughts running to a certain brown eyed blonde again.
"Ohh, so there are people who get the pleasure of talking to you? That's surprising," Vante mocked, wondering why he doesn't count to these people. But then he remembers being his enemy and face palmed himself as the answer was obvious.
"No, not people- only one person," Bunny said, flicking a glint of fire back and forth between his fingers.
Vante's expression tensed. "Only one.. Who is that?"
"Na, nah, nah, we're not gonna reveal our identities, are we? The person just... He's the most magical human being alive, the only one who my heart doesn't despises."
Vante looked down. "You're in love? Well that's... That's unexpected." Unknowingly, his voice became quieter to the end, heart aching a little by the thought of Bunny already liking someone. What was he expecting anyways? The villain to fall for the hero, when he literally hates everyone?
Everyone but that one person.
"If you hate everyone, do you hate me too?" It was a question he wasn't aware of being able to ask and a question Bunny never expected to hear from his enemy.
"I mean... You're not that bad, but that doesn't mean I like you. We're enemies after all.." Bunny mumbled, not knowing why he did. His answer should've been decided without him thinking- of course he hates Vante.
Or
Does he?
A sigh left his lips. "You're cool to hang around, doesn't mean I like you-
