"However, as it is written: No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him."
1 Corinthians 2: 9
What God has prepared for your church are things that we have never seen before. Many are disappointed because they cannot get into the best that God has for them. When we are unable to see, hear or imagine what the Lord has for us, it seems that we are not doing His will and we often end up giving up.
But look at verse 10 in that same chapter, there it is saying that through the Holy Spirit we can see, hear and imagine what the Lord has for us. The word of the Lord warns us that the only way to build ourselves is through prayer in tongues (1 Corinthians 14: 4)
When we begin to build ourselves up by the Holy Spirit, He automatically begins to reveal these hidden things to us. Whoever has no life in the Spirit, the tendency is to become discouraged and then abandon the way of the Lord.
Have a life in the Spirit and begin to see, hear and imagine the things the Lord has for your life.
