"And as iniquity multiplies, love will grow cold in almost all."
Matthew 24:12
There are two kingdoms: the kingdom of Satan and the kingdom of God. The two realms are spiritual, where the human being is the channel to bring one of these two realms into the material world. We cannot serve two masters. We either serve the kingdom of darkness, or the kingdom of God. (Matthew 6:24)
When we do iniquity, we do the works of the flesh. When we practice the works of the flesh, we are giving food to Satan and his kingdom. God is love, when we love the world, He moves away from us. (1 John 2:15; 1 John 4:8)
The love of many has grown cold because they have given side to the works of the flesh, leaving what God has.
We need to have a life in the Spirit, praying in the Spirit at all times, hour after hour at all times. (Ephesians 6:18)
When we pray and in tongues, the Holy Spirit reveals the depths of God in us. (1 Corinthians 2:10-12; 1 Corinthians 14:14-15)
Have a prayer life, and feed what God has for you.
