"God continued, Do not draw near here; take off your sandals from your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground."
Exodus 3:5
This passage shows a manifestation of God, where the bush was in the middle of a fire, where it did not burn. Moses, was amazed, and approached to see up close. But God asked him to take the sandals off his feet, because that place was holy. At that time, the shoes used by them were sandals.
The sandal here represents our daily life. It had direct contact with the earth, that is, all the dirt and impurity of the soil were in it. The place God was in was so holy that Moses had to take off his sandals.
Many people cannot have an intimacy with God because they cannot "take off" their sandals.
Today, the world has entered the church instead of the church going out into the world to manifest the power of God (Romans 8:19; John 17:15-16)
For you to enter into God, you need to remove everything that is contaminated by the world in your life. (Ephesians 5:8)
Start walking with God! (Genesis 5:24)
God bless you!
