"But the evil spirit answered them, I know Jesus and I know who Paul is; but who are you?"
Acts 19:15
In this passage, the evil spirit knew exactly who Paul was. Paul understood the authority he had in him. Today many cannot win because they do not know the authority that Jesus gave us. It is not enough just to have faith, because faith without works is dead. (James 2:17)
Today many have lost their identity in the kingdom. It has let faith die. Our faith is nourished by the word of God, but if we receive food and don't use it, it ends up dying. (Romans 10:17)
The problem is that we often have faith but don't use our authority that was given by the Lord. (Luke 10:19)
The evil spirit knew the authority that Paul had. Do you know about yours?
