"And thus faith cometh by preaching, and preaching by the word of Christ."
Romans 10:17
Faith is man's connection with God. (Hebrews 11:6) Before Adam and Eve sinned, faith was not needed, for they were with God. (Genesis 3:8) Sin separated man from God. (Genesis 3:23)
After that, God created a channel for man to come to Him, faith. Faith is the tool that connects heaven to earth, however, faith must be in Jesus. (John 14:6)
But our faith needs to be nurtured, otherwise it dies. (James 2:26) The food for her is the word of Jesus in us. We need to hear the guidance He has for us. His word feeds faith. (Romans 10:17)
If your faith is not in Jesus, it is dead faith!
It feeds on the word of Jesus!
