"Therefore let none boast in men; for all is yours."
1 Corinthians 3:21
Everything here in this verse means exactly everything! God looks for people for an intimate relationship. Some even succeed because they really understand the meaning of the cross.
The problem is that many do not look to the cross but to people. This verse quoted above helps us to clear our minds.
Sometimes we see men and women used by God, and we want what they have. It is not a sin to desire the intimacy they have with God. Sin is wanting to be them. What they have achieved in God, we can all have too. Just search with all your heart. (Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 7:7-8)
