Lilliana POV maths science class;
"Hey lydia right?" I asked as i sat down next to her, she seemed completely out of it. "Hello you alive?" I asked but still nothing i then looked over at her laptop which she was staring at so much and read the title with was math notes then i scanned so of it and that was definitely not math.
"Lyds?" I asked getting her attention.
"Yeah i sorry what up?" She asked still staring at the screen.
"Those are your math notes?" I asked still confused about that the hell she decide we were learning yesterday. She didn't answer just more and more "notes loaded on the screen it looked more like code or something if you asked me.
"Uh, some of them are my notes.the rest i think might actually be a code." Lydia said loading more up.
"You don't seem to remember writing it?" I said as she seemed just as clueless as i was.
"Not in the slightest, but considering my drawing of the tree led us to the Nemeton... i should probably figure out what this means before it tries to kill us." Lydia said not looking up as if she was talking to me as someone who knew what has happened in the past or what a Nemeton was and that things have tried to kill her in the past.
"I'm sorry what?!" I said sounding frightened and panicked.
"Oh shit sorry i forgot you don't know normal stiles is there so he knows and i just... let me start over because sooner or later you'll join the pack and know about this stuff anyways, last year there were human sacrifices, stiles got possessed and the year before that my ex boyfriend turned into this big lizard thingy. Don't tell anyone okay I'm trusting you. Now you know code yes or no and if you do doe sit remind you of anything." Lydia said piling so much information onto me if i had to pick it up i would have fell over.
"Okay i promise i wont tell because I kinda don't want to face the consequences and it kinda looks like the Enigma code the allies used?" I asked hoping she knew what i meant.
"I think This is a variation on something called the Vigenere cipher." Lydia suggested.
"Do you know how to crack it?" We asked each other at the same time.
"With a key i don't know." Lydia said shrugging it off.
"Remember the rules. No more than six people allowed in the lake house, stay out of the wine and if anything gets broken its getting added to your credit card dept." Said Miss Martin holding keys out towards lydia.
"Fine." Lydia said trying to grab the keys from her mother.
"And lock up the basement, from all the scratch marks i found on the walls, it looked like a pack of wild animals got down there." Miss martin said swiping the keys away before lydia could grab them.
