26. I dont want you to die.

"all right!" coach announced loudly through the boys locker room as Liam and Lilliana sat on one the benches. now I know the start of season bonfire, its a its a big deal for you guys. I also know it gets out of hand sometimes. the alumni show up, theres other teams and alcohol" coach went on and explained

Lilliana and Liam had never done one of these they were just not liked for past things they had done, not that they seemed to make an effort to try be included, they had each other and thats all they needed.

"lots and lots of alcohol!" coach said making it clear there is a lot of it. which in return he got a locker room of boys cheering but right now Liams mind was running with two main things being a berserker he encountered and Lilliana having a price change to her name.

"all right!" coach said as an attempt to settle the cheering players. "Shut up!" he yelled after they didn't settle down. "now what I don't understand is why anybody would ever want to get stumbling down drunk in front of a massive open fire." coach continued but Liam and Lilliana weren't even paying attention.

Liam was trying to block the fear of the berserker and that his best friend could die soon as she's shot up the list with a huge twenty two million bounty over her head where as Lilliana was just trying now to wolf out in fear or anger, now her bounty has gone up and it was all to her mother she was angry which was never good.

"i'm also resigned to not being able to stop you guys." coach said with his voice trailing off a bit knowing what would follow and he was right a load of cheers filled the locker room once again. "I also remind you... your team captain, McCall, will be there" he continued but at this point this was where all Lilliana could hear was gibberish no words were forming to make any sense to her ears.

"I need to get out of here..." Lilliana whispered to Liam not looking up.

"me too." Liam said grabbing her hand as she held it out, he held it as she grabbed her bag from the floor before they both fled from the boys locker room to find somewhere quiet.

Liam and Lilliana eventually found themselves sitting on a staircase, Lilliana resting her head of Liams shoulder as he picked and tightened his lacrosse stick. "I don't want you to die." Liam muttered.

Lilliana was clearly taken a back by his sudden speech, she lifted her head off his shoulder meeting his tense eyes as she furrowed her brows at him "i'm not going to die." she said as he turned to face her better.

"but what if i'm not there and your hurt and someone kills you?" Liam said his face looking like a sad puppy.

"Lydia, Scott, stiles, kira and malia haven't noticed that i'm worth more yet I highly doubt some bounty hunter will." lilliana said, she really did believe that she really hoped it was true. "anyways they'll kill Scott first anyways." lilliana said trying to add humour.

"I don't want any of you to die though." Liam said.

"I know..." Lilliana sighed laying her head back on his shoulder. "I don't either." she mumbled

they just sat their for a minuet in the same position in silence just listening taking this one moment this moment of peace in because their life now was no where near quiet and peaceful. they were scared it never would be again. the moment didn't last long until Lilliana shot her head up as Liam looked back over his shoulder to see who the incoming footsteps belonged to.

"hey, you guys okay?" she said sitting on a hair above them in-between the two placing one hand on Lilliana's shoulder the other on Liams. Lilliana quickly shrugged his hand off of her, she was still mad at him for lying. Liam just sighed not looking up. "hey." he repeated "hey?" Scott said again.

"last night my printer went off by itself." Liam said looking up at Scott then quickly down to Lilliana who looked at him with a 'please don't say please' look. "I couldn't turn it off. I hit the cancel button but it just kept printing" Liam carried on.

"printing what?" Scott asked his eyes wide.

Liam didn't say anything he just dug into his bag pocket pulling out the lists that were printed out the night before handing them to Scott. Scott quickly scanned over before all of their heads shot toward coaches office.

"what the hell is this!" coach yelled. making all three of they get up and rush over to see what was happening and to their surprise coaches printer was doing the same thing Liams was last night shooting the deadpool out.

they quickly backed away from the door after Liam grabbed a piece of the paper that was printed off in coaches office handing it to Scott a look to see the clear difference. 

"you see the difference?" Liam asked hoping he didn't have to tell Scott about Lilliana's bounty change.

"Dereks not on the list anymore..." Scott said looking up form the paper. 

"well yes but keep looking..." Liam said hoping Scott would find what he really meant.

"no it's just Derek!" Lilliana said snatching the papers from Scott before he could get another look.

"so you definitely haven't told Lydia then have you?" Liam said crossing his arms over his chest.

"no I haven't so shut up!" Lilliana said ripping the bit that had her name on off the papers.

"what is going on with you two?" Scott said breaking the sense angry looks Lilliana and Liam were sharing. "what did you just rip off?" Scott said snatching the ripped off piece of paper from her hands. 

"Scott no don't please." she begged as she watched him unfold it.

his eyes ran over the name seeing no difference until his eyes reached the bounty next to her name "twenty two million dollars?" Scott whisper shouted at her. "you are the second highest on this list Lilliana how did you evened that?!" he said dragging them further away from coaches office.

"I didn't do it my mom did." she sighed leaning on the wall. 

"what do you mean your mom did it?" Scott asked as his eyes widened with his eyebrows knitting together.

"she did this witch thing where she goes into my end trying to reverse the whole were-wolf thing but it didn't work so she accidentally made me a hybrid of a witch and were-wolf and I guess the benefactor knows." Lilliana rambled fast as Scotts jaw practically fell to the fall.

"Scott she hasn't tried the witch side bit yet she's trying to put it off." Liam said as scot just stared in disbelief. 

"your moms a witch?" Scott mumbled.

"not anymore, that was the side affect of trying to reverse the were-wolf side, she failed so the ancestors transferred all the witchy woo stuff into... me" Lilliana said with a weak panicked smile.

"um... okay don't tell anyone you hear me not even Lydia m going to figure it out okay?" Scott said grabbing the sheets of paper off of me folding them to stuff into his pocket.

"got it." Lilliana and Liam both said to their alpha.

"Scott?" Lilliana spoke up a bit grabbing a piece of paper of the deadpool form her pocket and handing it to him. "theres one more thing... Liam's bounty has gone up too, he's worth eighteen million." she continued showing him Liams name she had highlighted with a yellow high lighter. "I don't know why it's gone form three million to eighteen so fast." she said.

"uh don't worry you're both going to be fine we'll fix it all of it." Scott said.
