Chapter 36 (M)

LISA'S POV

I'm still in the conference room, listening to the marketing team's plan for how we'll sell our new Busan project. I looked at my watch and realized it was almost lunchtime, but we need to finish this so they can prepare before I leave for Busan. I signal Mina to come to me since Jennie may arrive at any minute.

"Yes L?" she asked, I told her to call me L since I don't like it when she calls me Ms. Manoban, it gives me the creeps

"Anytime from now Ms. Kim from K. Corp will arrived, please have her stay in my office. Tell her that I'll be there in a minute" 

"Noted on that" she walked out of the conference room and head to my office

I asked Mina since I don't have my phone I left it to my office. I returned my focus to the discussion after providing Mina instructions. They're presenting several methods and weighing in on which would be the greatest match for the project. I informed them that I'm good with both and that they simply need to figure out which is most fit for the project. 

"Okay, I think we're done here, just give me update with the progress once I get back from Busan" I said getting up from my seat and walking towards the door as they bowed.

I walked towards the direction where my office is located and I saw Mina approaching to my direction. 

"L, Ms. Kim arrived few minutes ago, she's inside your office" Mina said as she tried to keep up with my pace.

"Alright, thanks Mina. Please don't bother us unless it's really necessary, you are free to have your lunch" I said as I saw Jennie from the glass wall of my office seating on the couch

I smiled at her as I push the glass door entering my office. She walked towards me with her gummy smile and wrapped her arms to my nape which made me startled since Jennie never been so clingy when we're in her office or in a public place. 

"Hi honey, missed me?" I asked her, while my hands were on her waist and my eyes were scanning the outside to see if the staff were staring at us

"Yep, miss you a lot" she answered and land a kiss on my lips, not just a quick kiss, but one that she is attempting to deepen.

I know Mina saw what Jennie did since my office walls are constructed of glass, allowing me to see the employees outside easily. When I hold crucial or private meetings, I always lower the blinds so that no one can see what's going on inside. I don't want rumors to spread within the company, therefore I keep my personal life as discreet as possible. Employees have no idea if I'm dating somebody or not, but I'm guessing they do now, thanks to Jennie's actions.

"Uhm Hon, we're in my office and the employees might see us" I parted the kiss and push her gentle enough to separate our body 

"So? I'm your girlfriend, would it be an issue if I kissed you?"

"No of course not, but as much as possible I want my personal life private, I don't want rumors inside the company" 

"Rumors are information without enough fact, if they're going to talk about you being involve with Jennie Kim of K Corp. it's not a rumor it's a fact honey" 

"Yes I know but---"

"Are you afraid that someone will know about you dating me?" 

"What? Honey that's not my point. Okay enough with that" I cupped her face and land a kiss on her lips sucking her lower lip

"You're mine right?" she asked looking me in the eye

"Of course I'm all yours honey" I answered and pulled her for a hug
