Jace, Jackson and Jacob were all in the kitchen talking as Jace made a sandwich for Ezra to eat. Jacob got the mini container of Pringles to put on the tray, while Jackson got a small bottle of apple juice and water. "You boys are so sweet," Celeste said from the doorway. "Your Dad and I are going to turn in for the night." They nodded in understanding. "Make sure she's good and ready for tomorrow. I remember how Clarkson was when I was there. I don't want her to go from a traumatic night to a traumatic day." Jansen ordered before taking Celeste's hand and leading her out. "They seem...affectionate." Jackson observed. The brothers shrugged their shoulders before putting everything on the tray. Jace walked upstairs first with the contents with Jacob and then Jackson following.
He entered the room to see a vision. Ezra stood in front of a painting by the window with a smile on her face. Jackson and Jacob caught up and stood in the doorway as well taking her in. "You know it's rude to stare at people," she said from over her shoulder. "We can't help it, sweetheart, you're just so damn beautiful." Jackson's shirt reached her mid-thigh and her deadlocks were still in a bun at the top of her head. She was breathtaking. "Come here, come eat." Jace commanded as he made his way into the room. Ezra got in bed, giving the full view of her ass. They each groaned causing her to sit and look at them confusedly before realizing she had no underwear on. "Sorry," she whispered.
Jace handed her the tray to which she pulled him down to her and kissed him. He sat beside her, his back resting against the head board, as Jacob sat across from her and Jackson on her other side. "This is great, guys, but I'm not-" Jackson lifted the sandwich to her lips. "Eat." He commanded leveling her with a glare that dared her to argue. She huffed, but eventually took a bite. She took the sandwich from him and nibbled as she watched them. She could tell they were still a little on edge from early. Jacob ran his hand up and down her thigh as they watched her. She put the half-eaten sandwich down and looked up at them. "I'm really sorry about today." They all eyed her confusedly. "I know that what happened must have been embarrassing for you all. Your neighbors could've been around and I-" Jackson turned her head to face him and covered her lips with his.
The kiss was gentle, but passionate. He pulled away slowly looking deeply into her eyes. "There is nothing you have to apologize for, baby girl. You did nothing wrong and there's nothing for us to be embarrassed about. If anything, we feel nothing but unfiltered rage." She cupped his face in her hand and smiled affectionately. "Don't. I don't want you guys to harbor anything other than positive emotions. I'll be fine. I promise, but in the meantime, I have bones to pick with each of you." She took a bite of her sandwich and a sip of her water to let them stew. "Ezra!" Jacob growled causing her to giggle. "You three," she pointed. "You have yet to break down Clarkson High for me. What do I have to expect? I never even got anything out of Mason because he was too busy telling me how much you hate each other."
Ezra realized she shouldn't have mentioned Mason, because the boys cringed. "There's nothing much to know," Jackson offered up. "It is very stereotypical." Jacob nodded. "You've got the jocks, which Jace is the king of. You've got the burnouts and outcasts, which Jackson is their ruler." Ezra took it all in. "Then you have the arts and drama kids, which you're the boss of all bosses." She smiled at Jacob. "Something like that, sweetheart." He leaned forward and captured her lips. "Okay," Ezra nodded. "So, when do I get to hear about your exes?" Jacob coughed and chocked on his own spit, while Jace anxiously rubbed the back of his head. Jackson leaned back with a smile on his face. "You don't have to worry about me, baby girl. The only ex I had moved away a little over two years ago. We ended amicably."
Ezra looked at him and giggled at the expression on his face. It differed significantly from Jace and Jacob's. "You're the King of Jocks, which means theirs a Queen of the Cheerleaders. I know we can't go public with our relationship, but I'm not opposed to fighting a bitch for touching what's mine." Ezra smirked causing Jackson and Jacob to laugh. "You have no one to worry about." Jace pecked her lips before looking elsewhere. "What about you?" Jacob looked at Ezra and gave a small smile. "I'm with Jace on this. You've got nothing to worry about." He gave her thigh a squeeze. Ezra nodded before finishing up her sandwich and juice. Jacob took the tray and placed it on the coffee table in front of the couch and television.
