A Naughty Wish

Ezra had woken up around 1 pm and caught up on some tv and snuggles with Barry. She took a shower and changed into a soft sweater and leggings. She still wasn't feeling 100% and realized she really couldn't push herself, so she got back under the covers and continued to text her friends and boyfriends. She was happy to hear that they were stopping by to visit her. She was bored out of her mind and missed them. It was 3:30 before she knew it and heard footsteps coming up the stairs. A knock on her door brought a smile to her face as she called out to whoever it was. "There she is!" Sean smiled widely with a box of chocolates in his hand. "Give me!" She said making grabby hands at the box. They all laughed at that. "Hi bestie," Lucy Jane smiled holding a ridiculously large teddy bear. "I love it!" Ezra smiled happily as she cuddled the giant bear. "These are for you," Henry said placing the white roses on her nightstand. "Thank you so much, Henry! They're beautiful."

He smiled sheepishly at her before Sean was moving him out of the way. "This is from both of us," Kathy and Zoe said in unison as they placed the large edible arrangement on her other nightstand. "You guys are too much!" They smiled at her before taking their seats around the room. "How are you feeling?" Lucy Jane asked concerned. "I feel much better now. I'm still a little weak, but better. How was school?" They all groaned before filling her in on classes and the latest Clarkson High drama. Jackson made his way up the stairs with Jonesy and Xavier in tow and heard his girlfriend laughing loudly. It brought a smile to his face before he walked into the open room to see it filled with people. "It's a party in here," Xavier announced stepping in. "Hey you!" He smiled at Ezra giving her a hug. "Xavier! Jonesy! Hi!" They smiled at her enthusiasm and everyone there knew their presence was a much-needed balm.

They all talked and goofed around for some time. Jacob and Jace made their way to their girlfriend's room expecting to find her sleeping. Instead, she was having a full-on kickback. "You need to be resting," Jace instructed grumpily as he looked at the crowded room. "I'm fine," Ezra smiled at him before reaching for his hand. He gave in and kissed her lips before squeezing her hand. They talked some more before Celeste made her way in. "Wow. I always knew you'd be a popular one, Ezra." She smiled at everyone. "Are y'all staying for dinner?" Xavier nodded happily. "Yes please." They chuckled at his enthusiasm. "Okay, I'll let our chef know. It should be ready in 30 minutes." With that Celeste left them to their own devices.

"You up to eating dinner downstairs with everyone," Jacob asked from beside her. Ezra felt a yawn coming and tried to stop it to no avail. She shook her head no. "I'm getting really tired." She said to Jacob, which Jace heard. "Alright fuckers get out. My girl is tired and needs her rest." Ezra shook her head at his crassness, but the rest laughed. The girls said their goodbyes, while Xavier, Jonesy and Sean waved. Henry hung back a second before walking up and giving her a hug. Jacob rolled his eyes, while Jace just glared angrily. "Bye Henry," Ezra smiled as he left. "You guys have to be nicer to my friends." She chuckled as Jacob nuzzled her neck. "We don't like sharing you with anyone." She laughed at his whining. "Do you want us to bring you a plate? You need to eat, Princess." She looked at Jace and could see that yesterday's events really scared him. "I want sleep more than food right now. I'll eat when I wake up. Promise." Jace nodded before tucking her in.

He kissed her lips and had every intention for it to be a peck, but Ezra deepened it. She wanted to relay to him that she was alright and that they were fine. The kiss left them breathless. "I love you," she said against his lips before pulling back. "I love you too." Jacob turned Ezra's' head before placing an equally potent kiss on her lips. His tongue demanded entrance and danced with hers. "Get some rest," he breathed out as he pulled away. Jackson gave her a deep kiss that had her pulling onto his shirt. "Sleep tight, baby girl." Ezra nodded at them before lying back. Before they could even fully exit the room, they heard her light snores. "I wish I could fall asleep that easily," Jacob complained with a smirk.
