"We need to ask Ezra to homecoming," Jace said as he walked into Jackson's room the next morning. "Why she's our girlfriend?" Jacob said sitting on the bed. "That doesn't mean we stop being romantic. The fastest way to lose the spark in a relationship is to assume shit. You're assuming she knows she's going to the dance with us just because we're in a relationship. Girlfriends want to be wooed too." Jacob nodded before looking down at his phone. "What did you have in mind?" Jackson asked his older brother as he finished up his painting. "I was thinking we get flowers and chocolate and ask her before taking her to Red River for a date since she loves that place so much." His brothers liked the plan and agreed to it. "We'll take her tonight, so she and Mom have time to get her a dress." Jace informed as they made their way out of Jackson's room.
They stopped as they watched Ezra exit her room. The black skinny jeans hugged her curves just right, while the fitted sweater accentuated her chest. Ezra looked up to see each of her men eyeing her like she was water and they were in a desert. "We don't have time for whatever you're thinking." Ezra said trying to walk past them, but they pulled her into Jackson's room immediately removing their clothes. "Are you kidding me?" Ezra questioned only to be cut off by a searing kiss from Jacob. They were all naked in moments and as they each had their way with her Ezra gave up trying to fight them and gave in to the pleasure that was flooding her.
They made their way downstairs to the garage an hour later. Each guy had a bright smile on his face, while Ezra looked dazed and tired. "You riding with me, baby girl?" Jackson asked walking towards his car. "Sure," she said somewhat breathless. It wasn't the first time they had all taken her at once and she knew it wouldn't be the last, but this time was different. It was overwhelmingly emotional. It was as if they were putting into action the words they'd expressed early last night. She felt her body growing tired and wondered how she was going to make it through the day. Thankfully, she was too spent to give a damn about the gossip and stares.
School did not go as expected. Ezra found herself being approached by various girls who were interested in the dynamic of her relationship. The surprising thing was they weren't obsessed with the Scott brothers but rather her ability to juggle them all. It was a pleasant surprise that helped the day fly by. Jace told her that he and the guys had something planned for her that night, which excited her because they hadn't been out together just them ever. Ezra made her way towards Jace's car and was surprised to see Charlotte. The last time they both met up at Jace's car hurtful things were said, but judging by the contrite look on Charlotte's face Ezra knew this would be different. "Hey," Ezra said standing by the car. "Hey." Charlotte looked to be searching her face for something. Ezra realized she was looking for the cut. "The stitches are pretty invisible. They did a good job." Charlotte nodded. "I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry about everything. If I were in your shoes, I would hate me."
Ezra shook her head no. "I don't hate you, Charlotte. I know what it's like to be in love with Jace Scott. It's scary how consuming it is, but what you did was wrong. You didn't listen to him after he told you what things were numerous times. I just hope you learn from your time with Jace. You deserve better. You deserve a mutual relationship with real emotions and feelings. You deserve to be happy." Charlotte looked at her almost with new eyes. Ezra really was that nice. "Thanks, and I'm sorry again for everything." Ezra smiled at her before watching the cheerleader head back to her minions who waited patiently on the side. "What was that about?" Jace asked making his way towards his girlfriend. "I told her to stay away from you." Ezra placed a hand on his chest before pecking his lips. "She was just apologizing. It was sweet." Jace huffed before opening the passenger door for her.
"So, what are we doing tonight?" Ezra asked excitedly causing Jace to laugh. "You'll see." Jace drove happily thinking on the plan for the night. They pulled into the garage and Ezra was surprised to see both Jacob and Jackson there. "How did y'all beat us?" They both shrugged before Jacob reached for her hand. They led her to the expansive backyard and Ezra couldn't help but smile at the flowers all around. "How did you guys do this? When did you do this?" They chuckled a bit. "I came home during lunch and Jacob skipped final period." Ezra moved further into the yard where she saw piles of rose petals spelling out something. "Will you go to HC with us?" Ezra read the question out loud and smiled before turning around.
