The remainder of the week flew by. Ezra found herself in Jace's arms Thursday night and she could tell he was nervous about what tomorrow held. She made sure that Jacob and Jackson knew tonight was about Jace. She wanted him to be carefree. Weightless. Happy. She knew she could make him feel all of those things and more, so she did. She spent the night pleasing him in every way. They had hit every position and Jace was still going. Ezra lost count how many orgasms he had given her and was still shocked that he was able to hold out for so long. "I love you so much," Jace panted as he lifted her leg over his shoulder and stroked masterfully. Ezra let out a passion filled cry as she felt another orgasm rip through her. "That's right, baby. Come all over your dick." Jace grunted as he felt his orgasm building for the hundredth time.

He didn't want to come. He didn't want tonight to end. He just wanted to stay in this moment forever. "Jason! I can't!" Ezra screamed as another orgasm flooded her. Jace felt her clench him again for the umpteenth time and smirked. "Okay, Princess, you want me to come inside of you?" Ezra nodded her head frantically. "Whose pussy is this?" Jace asked huskily. "Yours, Papi! Tuyo!" Ezra screamed out as another orgasm wrecked her. Jace groaned loudly as he filled her with all of him. Jace's orgasm rolled through him in waves causing him to jerk a bit. He lay on top of Ezra, still inside her, for a moment as he tried to catch his breath. He looked down at his still girlfriend only to find her sleeping and chuckled. He wanted so badly just to fall asleep right then and there, but he didn't want to crush the woman he loves.

He slowly pulled out of her noticing the way her core still managed to pull at him. "You're fucking perfect, Princess." He whispered before moving off the bed and heading to the bathroom. He filled the bathtub with hot water and poured some of the oils Ezra had at the edge of the tub before going to collect his girlfriend. He picked up her sleeping form before making his way back to the tub and getting in. She stirred a little bit but didn't really move. He washed her gently and carefully like she was the most precious thing in his world, because she was to him, before rinsing her and drying her off and taking her back to bed.

After he tucked her in, Jace spent thirty minutes in the shower cleaning himself and running through plays in his head. He thought of everything that could happen tomorrow night at the game and remembered Ezra's wise words. "Que será, será (Whatever will be, will be)." He chuckled to himself as he turned off the water and sighed. Jace couldn't really recognize the guy he was before Ezra. He couldn't reconcile how the things he did were ever considered fun or worthwhile. She had changed him. She had changed all of them and he was forever grateful to his mother for wanting to foster. He got into bed and cuddled closely with the woman of his dreams. Regardless of what tomorrow brought, the day would end with her in his arms.

Ezra found herself talking to Zoe as Jackson and Xavier talked about the project he was working on for Jansen. Mr. Kolbe came in right as the bell rang forcing the students to find their seats. "I hope you all still have your envelopes." Mr. Kolbe address taking a seat at his desk. "I want you couples to select who is going to open the envelope." Ezra looked at Jackson and shrugged. "You open it, Bubba." He nodded before pulling out the envelope. "I want you all to open your designated envelope now." Mr. Kolbe instructed sitting back. Jackson eyed the teacher suspiciously before looking at Xavier and Zoe. Xavier was opening the envelope for them. Jackson opened the envelop and removed the card that stated terminal stage 4 mesothelioma. Jackson showed the card to Ezra who read it and looked just as confused. Xavier showed them his card that stated dementia.

"The spouses that opened the envelope look to your spouse." Mr. Kolbe instructed. "They have been diagnosed with the disease you've read on your card." Ezra's eyes widened, while Zoe gasped. "Spouses that opened the envelope you are to write a ten paged paper on the biological effects this disease played on your spouse's life and how it affected your marriage. Spouses with the disease, you are to write a ten paged paper on the biological effects your disease had on your spouse and your marriage." The assignment was a heavy one and everyone in the room felt it. The project had brought them all together as spouses, parents and now this. Ezra looked at Jackson's dejected face and knew he was struggling with the fact that he had to envision a life without her. A life where she died from stage 4 cancer. "You all have next week off, which is great. However, the assignment is due the following Friday, so I wouldn't wait until last minute."

Mr. Kolbe went on to teach topics related to elder living and biological changes as the body ages, but he could tell the mood was down in the classroom and wanted to cheer them up. "I have some pictures for you all. I think you will appreciate them." He smiled as he began passing out pictures. Ezra took the pictures he gave her and laughed out loud. One was a picture of her and Zoe holding Janelle and Yves, while the other was of her, Jackson and Janelle smiling at the camera. "This I could do. Give me my baby back and I'll write all the ten paged papers you want." Jackson chuckled looking at the picture. "It's just an assignment, Bubba. Not real life." She said kissing his lips. The bell rang and they went their separate ways, but Ezra could still tell Jackson was weighed down by the assignment. If she was being honest, she too was worried about the headspace she would need to be in to write a detailed and A+ worthy paper.

The remainder of the day seemed to speed by them and before anyone knew it, they were at the stadium watching the Clarkson Tigers play against the Downey Ravens. Celeste and Jansen were there to cheer on their eldest son, which made Ezra happy. Jace needed all the support and love he could get. "The UConn scouts are here," Jacob said to them as he subtly pointed at two men sitting not too far from them with UConn jackets. Ezra's nerves spiked. It was real. They were finally here. Tonight, was the night. She said a quick prayer for Jace as the players ran on the field and hoped that he played his best. They wanted this. They wanted to be together at UConn, but more importantly Jace wanted to play college football. He adored the sport and it made him happy. Ezra wanted him to do what he loved and trusted that he would give tonight his all to ensure he did his part to secure the future he wanted.

"I can't watch!" Celeste screamed from behind Jansen. The game was a good one for all football fans. Both teams were giving their all, but Clarkson was up by a touchdown. Jace was playing magnificently. He made all the right passes and called all the right plays. He even made two touchdowns that were the best option for the team given their position and Ezra could see the scouts liked that. He was a problem solver and that was definitely coming across. They were in the fourth quarter and everyone seemed to be standing in their seat. Clarkson was still up by a touchdown, but Ezra knew Jace would want to make a big play to showcase that though they are both good teams, Clarkson was better. Jace called a play and they lined up. The following minutes seemed to go in slow motion as Jace ran back and threw the ball. The intended recipient caught it effortlessly before running fast and hard towards the goal.

Everyone was screaming for the player running towards the touchdown, but Ezra was looking at the scouts. They had big smiles on their faces and were talking among themselves. Ezra had a good feeling. As she watched them watch Jace, she knew he was a shoo in. The Clarkson Tigers won 59 – 45 and everyone was beyond ecstatic. Celeste and Jansen told the kids to go have fun with their friends as they were heading out. Ezra laughed at the amped up Lucy Jane who looked picture perfect in Mason's arms. "Have I mentioned how much I love you two together?" Ezra asked Mason who just smiled at her. "You've said it a time or two." He laughed watching his girlfriend hype up their friends. "So, where to, baby girl?" Jackson asked wrapping his arms around her.

"There's a party at one of the football player's house," Xavier informed wrapping an arm around Zoe. "I'm down," Jacob said before resuming talking with a Jonesy. "I'm okay with it if the man of the night is." Ezra smiled ready to see her boyfriend. They all waited outside of the locker room as students made their way to their cars and to the party. Jace finally made his way out of the locker room. He was clean and ready to have his girl in his arms. As soon as she saw him Ezra was running to him. She jumped in his arms and wrapped her legs around his waist. Jace couldn't help but chuckle as she peppered him with kisses. "You did amazing, Jace!!!" Her excitement was infectious. "Thank you, Princess. I couldn't have done it without you." She shook her head still wrapped around him. "The scouts loved you, babe. I watched them the whole time and they looked very pleased. I think you're a shoo in." Jace smiled widely at her before kissing her deeply.

"Alright lovebirds, we got a party to get to!" Zoe called out pulling Xavier towards his car. "Party?" Jace asked confused setting Ezra onto the floor. "One of your football players is throwing one," Jackson said taking Ezra's hand and twirling her around. "Oh, Tristan Moore. Yeah, okay, I guess we can go." Ezra noted the way Jace was less than enthused about the idea. "Do you not want to go, babe?" Jace shook his head at the eyes peering at him. "Let's go! I feel like being celebrated!" He turned on his million-dollar smile and Ezra couldn't help but smile back. They loaded up into their vehicles and made their way to the party.
