*Erin's POV*

"This is a big misunderstanding!" I tried to free myself from the tight grip of the men.
"Sure, of course. Shut up and undress yourself." A brown prison shirt was held out to me, which I exchanged for my normal clothes.
"Ouh look. You can be nice after all." The guard walked past me while he ran a hand over my bum, and I jerked back violently.
"Don't be like that. You have to present yourself better if you want to live in here." He shook his head and took my mugshots.
It was only now that I really realized where I had gotten into.
Although I knew this prison wasn't known for its good treatment of inmates, I hadn't imagined it to be like this.
"Come on in with you." I was led past a couple of windows and women were banging on them like mad and were screaming.
"That will become those who do not cooperate. Here is your cell." The door was closed and my handcuffs were taken off.
"Hey." I jumped around when I heard a voice.
In a bed-like frame sat a woman who was twenty at most.
"Hey." She didn't move, so I relaxed.
"What are you in here for?" The young woman layed down on her back and stretched her legs against the wall.
"Attempted murder. But I didn't do it." I had no idea what it was worth to say that I was innocent because I was here like everyone else.
"That's what most of them say." She chuckled and I didn't know how to react.
"I'm Steph." She sat up again and motioned me to sit next to her.
"No thanks. I prefer to stand." I didn't trust her at all, even if she looked nice.
"Alright mysterious women that won't tell me her name." She smiled and I cracked a brief smile.
"It's Erin. My name is Erin." It was clear to me that there was no point in using aliases here.
"As in Detective Erin Lindsay?" I winced when she said that because I knew I wouldn't live here long if it got known that I was a cop.
"It's alright. You're the reason I'm here. Best thing that ever happens to me." I was confused because I didn't know that going to jail was a good thing.
"You certainly do not remember. I was just a case like every other. But five years ago I killed my orphanage guard. You arrested me and put me in prison." And my guard was up again.
Great; locked up with a murderer.
"I don't do that anymore, but I just have to serve my sentence, which is why I'm here." I relaxed again.
"That might sound stupid, but is there anyone here I would rather not meet alone?" I wasn't here to make friends but to live until Jay got me out.

*Jay's POV*

"Damn it. Let me go in." I stood in Voight's office and argued with him.
"Seriously, Boss, let Jay do it. If you don't let him in, he'll do it on his own." Ruzek stood between me and Voight.
"Jay. You are mentally unable to start a job as a guard, as soon as you see each other it's over." Voight had a good point, of course, but I wanted to do it myself.
"If you don't want me to do the job, I won't mess around here all the time while you guys try to find the people who are on the video.
"Fine. But as soon as something goes wrong, then you've been in the unit for the longest time. And that's it here in the district aswell. I'm not interested to work with someone that isn't thinking. Did I make myself clear?" Voight looked me right in the eye.
"I understand, Sarge." For Erin, it was more than worth losing my job to me.
"Then let Antonio drive you there." Voight tossed me a car key and then I went to change.

"Remember, you are a man who has had no success in love for a long time and is now starting here to use one or the other woman. If we're right, that shouldn't be the biggest problem for people here." Antonio gave me a short briefing.
"I know." I got out of the car.
"You hear me?" I had stepped away from the car and tested the wire that I was wearing.
Antonio lit the headlights and then I went to the entrance.
"Hello there. I'm Ryan Smith. The new guard." I said to the guard who took me inside after a quick search.
"Jeff? Here's the newbie." I was passed on to a man who disgusted me from the look.
"So Ryan, right? Let me show you around. Just an advise; some of them bite. So watch out." He smirked as if he was talking to me about animals.
"Can we go to the ones who killed people?" I tried to make a happy expression on my face.
"Well, you want to know right away, but of course." I followed him through a few corridors until we came to a large room full of tables with women sitting on them.
And then I saw her.
