*Jay's POV*

"Get on your knees." I stood in front of the woman who had pretended to be Erin on the video.
"I got her." Hailey cuffed her and we brought her out with the other two guys that been part of the video.
"Sarge." I got Voight's attention.
"I'll come with." We both wanted to get Erin out of jail.
Voight sent the rest of the team to arrest David Baker for faking the video and making Erin go to jail for something she didn't do.
"Ah, Ryan." The guard greeted me at the entrance.
"Chicago PD." I flashed my badge and his eyes widened.
"Take us to Jeff." I motioned for him to go ahead.
"He's not in his office. Jacob says he's just left with the blonde you already had." I looked at Voight and he nodded.
I ran down the hall to the room I was sent to with Erin a few days ago.
As soon as I got closer I heard muffled screams.
"Erin!" I kicked in the door and looked into Jeff's terrifying eyes.
"What the..." He knelt over Erin, who tried to evade his touch.
"Let go of her." I didn't feel like discussing with him for a long time and took out my gun, which I pointed at him.
"Easy, Ryan. She's not just yours." He wiped sweat from his forehead.
"Chicago PD. Get off her." I made sure Jeff saw my badge and he slowly got up.
"You bastard." I glanced at Erin, who was shaking so much that the anger flared up again and I punshed Jeff into the stomach, which made him gasp for air.
"Hold still." I cuffed him and dragged him out, where some patrolmen took him over.
"Jay." Erin was still sitting on the floor, her prison clothes half torn.
"It's alright. It's over. I'll take you home." I picked her up and carried her out, not expecting her to walk because she was shaking so much.

*Erin's POV*

I pressed my head against Jay's chest and kept my eyes tightly closed so I wouldn't have to see anything.
"Shh. It's alright." Jay held me tight in his arms, which made me feel a bit better.
From the fact that the light was changing, I noticed that we had to be outside.
"Now you're out." Jay rubbed my back and I opened my eyes to look at him.
"Thank you." I whispered and he smiled. It felt so good to be with him after what felt like an eternity, not separated, by a pane of glass and with so many other women who wanted to get his attention because they hoped they would get money for cigarettes or drugs from him.
"Erin." Hank's raspy voice made me turn my head.
"Good to have you back, kiddo." Jay sat me in the back seat of Hank's car and then sat dowm next to me.
As soon as I had the chance, I held onto his arm and didn't want to let go of him again.
"I won't go anywhere." He slowly ran his finger through my hair.
"I know." Indeed, I knew it, but I didn't want to let go of him because I'd wished for this moment so much in the past week and a half.
"You want to get checked out at Med?" Hank asked and I shook my head because I felt like no one else exept for Jay was allowed to touch me right now.
"Then let's get you home." Hank turned and drove to our apartment.
"Lani isn't home right now so you got some time to arrive and then we can maybe get her later or she stays over at Kim's place." Jay told me and I nodded.
"Does she know?" That was the question that had kept me awake most nights.
"No. As far as she knows you needed to go undercover to bring some bad guys down." I nodded because I didn't want my daughter to be confronted with the fact that I was in jail at such a young age.
"Thanks for driving us." I got out of the car and immediately drew the lookes of a couple on me because I was still wearing the torn prison clothes.
"C'mon." Jay shielded me from the two and we went to our apartment.
"I'll take a shower." Without saying anything else, I disappeared into the bathroom and closed the door behind me.
"If you need anything, just call." Jay didn't come inside and then I hear his footsteps move away from the door and I was alone for the first time in one and a half weeks.
I tore off the rest of my clothes, got into the shower, and turned on the water.
When the water hit my face I relaxed because it was so comfortable.
I just let the water run over my body for a while until I opened my eyes and saw all the bruises they were on my stomach, arms and legs.
That was enough to make me shiver again.
"Jay." I didn't know if I just thought I said it or if I really called his name because I was slowly sliding down the wall to the floor.
