I got home earlier in hopes of talking to Carlos for the first time in a few days
He came down the stairs grabbing his bag and then noticing me
"Tk what are you doing here ." He said as he got a water
"Well I kinda live here ."
"You shift wasn't supposed to end for another ten minutes." He said
"Yeah Nancy said she would finish up so that way I could talk to you ." I said walking over
"You Know since you blocked my number and had to just not give me any reasoning to why you felt we needed a break out of the blue .." I said
"Cause you pretty much ghosted me ..not to mention that every medical we need a officer on you changed it so that way you don't have to go into our area "
"Tyler I gotta get going ." He said
"So your doing it again just leaving me with no reason and dodge me for another few days ." I said following him
"It worked the first few days didn't it ." He said
"And your proud of that ?" I said
" Tyler I don't have time for your crap right now ." He said
"Then why did you marry me ?" I said on the verge of tears
"I don't know ." He said walking out
That did it for me tears were rushing down my face
I heard a knock on the door I wiped my tears and opened the door
"Hey .. I wanted to see how it went .." Nancy said
"Can I come in .." she said
"Yeah.." I said
I went to get her a coffee from the kitchen
"I'm guessing it didn't go well .." she said
"He said that he dosent know why he married me .." I said
"He really said that ?" She asked sipping her coffee
" yep and then he left .." I said
"Whatever's wrong with him is bad ."
"Maybe he just dosent love me anymore.." I said getting a mineral water
"T don't be crazy I see the way y'all look at each other it's just a rough patch .." she said
"Nancy your here !" Ellie said running down the stairs
"Hey el did you get taller ?!" Nancy said
" I did !" She said laughing
I laughed at Ellie seeing her twirl
