We pulled up at a call Tommy Nancy and I got out heading into the house
"Why the hell is it so cold in here ?" Nancy whispered to me
"Yeah and where's the owner ?" I said
"My daughter she's she's up here she needs help !" The woman pleaded
"We're coming mam .." Tommy said as we jogged up the steps
The girl freezing in her bed move she was coughing up blood
"Cap her chest isint rising easily she's sick because of the temperatures here and it made her airways swell ." I said as the girl coughed some blood in me
"Wheres your thermostat?" Tommy asked the lady
"I don't have one ."
"Did it break ?"
"No my house is a -" she was cut off by Nancy's scream as we all raced down the hallways seeing what had happened
We came seeing a man on the floor dead for years but the looks of it
"My home is a morgue .." the woman finished
"Chick what the actual -." Nancy said getting cut off by Tommy
"Okay Nancy I think that you need to take a breather Tk get the heating blanket for the girl it will bring down the swelling ."
"Cap she's got a really bad cold .." I said
"How long has your daughter lived like this ?"
"Not long she is just visiting she arrived this morning .."
Eventually the girl stopped coughing up blood and we got her out of the house all the way back to the station we were all coughing and sneezing
"Okay guys go home get a hot shower I'll see you guys tomorrow okay . She said
