I was sitting in the kitchen when I saw Tk sit up on the couch and rub his eyes I got him a ice pack
"Hey you how your feeling?" I said kissing his head
"The team wanted to stop by I told them you were sleeping." I said rubbing his back
"Sore." He said taking the bloody gauze out of his mouth
"I can imagine since you refused to take pain meds ." I said
"So ..how bad ?" Tk said looking at me
"How bad what ?"I asked him
"How bad was I ?" He asked putting ice pack on his cheek
"You weren't that bad .. you kept saying they took your tongue and teeth and you gave me a lot of compliments so not that bad ..." I said
"But .." he said
"T do you remember what your said on the ride home ?"
"Not much why oh god did I say something stupid did I make a sex joke please say I didn't make a sex joke ." Tk said.
"You asked me where Ellie was and then .. you said we should adopt another kid .."
"Oh god ." Tk said palming his face
"Did you mean it ?"
"I didn't wanna bring it up .. a lot of stuff has been going on and I didn't wanna stress you out .." Tk said
"I'm in ." I said
"Huh ?" Tk said
"Let's do it ." I said
"Are you sure ?" Tk said
"Positive ." I said kissing his head
"Maybe we should wait a little till I get a new job tho ."
"Yeah ." Tk said laying down
"You going back to sleep."
"Yeah sorry I'm just really tired I feel like I got beat up ." Tk said
"You have nothing to be sorry for baby you want me to stay with you ?"
"Please?" He said
I laid behind his wrapping my arms around him
"For the record you did make a sex joke ." I whispered in his ear
"Oh god ." Tk said shaking his head
"Do you wanna know ?" I asked
"Please no I really don't ." Tk said
