I was at the station waiting for tk since his shift ended two hours ago when the trucks pulled in I ran to Tk wrapping my arms around him
"Hey you had me worried .." I said pulling out of the hug
"We were kinda busy being taken as hostages ." Nancy said
"What?" I said with worry as Tk looked at me
"It was a shit show I'll tell you on the way home," Tk said rubbing my back
" is that your .." I said looking at all their bloodstained shirts
"No, it's not my blood another long story ." Tk said,
" yeah everyone go and get changed home get some sleep rest and enjoy your day off tomorrow today put everyone through hell ." Judd said
"amen to that ' they all said
"ill be back imma get changed, " tk said giving me a kiss on the cheek
We got into the car after t helped restock the truck with Nancy
''What happened out there ?" i asked looking at tk as we sat at a red light
"crazy lady we were told it was a hostage situation but it kinda got turned around on us " tk said
"your okay right ?" i question looking overseeing him sleeping
I pulled up to the house i didn't want to disturb him after his hectic day so i picked him up since he's really light and carried him up to our room putting in the bed not bothering to get him changed since he had changed into a hoodie and sweats at the station covering him up placing a kiss on his head
