-later that day -
I waited up for Tk knowing he would get in late
When I heard the door open I knew he was home
He came into the guest room
"Hey ." I said
"Hey didn't expect you to be up this late ." Tk said
"I wanted to wait up for you because your didn't answer my messages I got worried ." I said
"Sorry I fell asleep while restocking the truck ." Tk said
"How was your day tho ?" Tk asked as he got out of his uniform
"Well let's see I can't feel my fingers due to coloring all day with Ellie but I made this so I think it was worth it ." I said holding up the coloring page that I did
"It should be in a museum." Tk said
"T I can get it ." I said as he got a extra blanket for me
"I know you can I just wanna help ." He said
"You know you can't do it all .." I said
"I know ." Tk said
"T what's wrong ?" I asked as he pulled on a hoodie over his bare chest
"Nothing it was just a weird day at work ." Tk said
"T.." I said
"Come here ." I patted the bed
"I'm gonna hurt you los ." He said sitting on the couch where he has been sleeping for the past few weeks
"Your not gonna hurt me I get my cast off in a few days and then I can go back to work okay ..." I said
"Please ty." I said giving him the Carlos cow eyes
"No please not the eyes ."
"Fine ." Tk caved
"What's really bothering you baby ?" I said taking him into my arms and then laying down
"It's just been a crappy year that's all ." Tk said
"I know baby .."
I looked down at Tk seeing he was fast asleep I covered him with the blanket trying not to move since he was nestled in my chest
"I know .." I said kissing his head
I loved watching him sleep I could tell he hasn't slept good the past few weeks due to him not wanting to hurt me which I get but I didn't care when i sleep with Tk I cuddle his tiny body and just feel his chest rise slowly as he sleeps waking up in the morning and stroke his hair peacefully as he sleeps
Tk made me feel as home he made me feel safe and I was glad that I could sleep with him again I finnsly started to drift off to sleep myself
