I walked out of Ellie's room quietly trying not to wake her then heading to me and Carlos room
I got in the shower letting the water rush over me to relax my body from the physical therapy I did previously in the day the pain dying but still present
I got out wrapping myself in a towel than getting dressed in some black sweatpants and one of my old AFD t shirts and my glasses
I got in bed reading my book from the other day when I head footsteps coming up the stairs as our bedroom door opened appeared Carlos looking tired
"Hey you ." Carlos said looking at me giving me smile
"Hey."I said
"What's that smile for ?" I asked
"You never wear your glasses and I missed you ." Carlos said
I laughed at his remark and then marked my spot in my book then proceeding to take my glasses off
"Keep them on there cute ." Carlos said getting changed as I rolled my eyes at him
Carlos got into bed on the verge of collapsing from tiredness
" I got you ." I said placing multiple kisses on his temple cuddling him
"You always do ." Carlos said laying on my stomach
"And I always will ." I said stroking his hair untangling his curls gentility with my fingers
"Bed?" I asked him
"I wanna catch up with one another's days ." Carlos said looking at me
"Okay ." I said
"How was your first day back ?" I asked
"Tiring ."'Carlos said
"Im sorry about that baby can I help ?" I said
" you being here is the only help I need ." 'Carlos said fidgeting with my bracelet I gave him
"You still wear that los?" I asked
"Of course I do ." He said
"How was physical therapy?" Carlos asked me
"It was okay ." I said
" you sore ?" Carlos asked laying his head on my hand
"I'm good just glad your home now ." I said
" I am to ." Carlos said
