Chapter 3: Airplane adventures.

Ariel's POV

The airport.

The airport is the place where people send off loved ones, or where loved ones return, or where strangers find love, or most importantly where Caspar has managed to lose his luggage. Like who loses their luggage before they get on the plane? How is that even possible?

"Where was the last time you saw it?" Marcus asks Caspar impatiently.

"I had it in my hand and then I didn't it!" Caspar yells for the fifth time and I get an idea.

"Did you leave it in Starbucks?" I ask, and he looks like he's thinking and then rushes off.

"I swear, he loses everything." Phil states, leaning his head on Dan's shoulder. Yes. Phan is officially real. They told us four months ago and I literally screamed in joy. They're my OTP.

"Y'all are so cute together." I say for the millionth time. Dan rolls his eyes and smiles and Phil blushes. See, adorable.

"You were right, Ariel. It was at Starbucks." Caspar says, out of breath with his luggage in hand.

"I'm always right." I reply, and everybody laughs.

"We really need to get going if we want to make the plane." Chai reminds us and we head off to our gate.

After we board the plane, we all find our seats.

I'm sitting in between Jim and Marcus, who is already asleep. In front of us is Oli, Joe, and Chai in one row. Behind us is Aflie, Zoe, and Louise. And next to us is Dan, Phil, and Caspar.

After we are in the air, I get out my laptop and decide to edit my video for my main channel that I filmed yesterday with Jim. We did the say anything challenge and let's just say we still have tape marks.

"That's my favorite bit right there." Jim says sleepily looking at my laptop. I didn't even know he was awake.

"Which one?" I whisper because Marcus is still asleep.

"That part where you said flabbergasted." He tells me, his eyes half open.

"Why is that?" I ask, genuinely curious.

"You got that cute smile on your lips when you are surprised." Jim smiles and I laugh. I can't believe he notices these things.

I may have a slight crush on Jim. It started about a few months ago. He has that bubbly personality that you just want to be around him a lot. He's super sweet, nice, handsome, funny, and just over all amazing. And he knows my secret and I'm really thankful for him.

I look over to Dan and Phil to see Phil asleep on Dan's shoulder and I take pictures of it because it's down right adorable. I feel my phone vibrate and I see a text from Dan.

Dannyboy: Stop taking pictures of me and phil. 😑

I giggle and type back.

Me: I can't help it. I need to capture the cuteness overload. 😊

I see him shake his head and I laugh. I text Tyler to see when he's coming to the airport.

Tyler Oakley has been one of my friends since I started youtube. I love him to death and he said he needed to pick us up from the airport.

Me: when is your crusty ass going to be at the airport to pick us up??

As you can tell we like to show our affection by insulting each other.

The ultimate gay: queens don't pick up peasants.

Me: too bad you are a handmaiden

The ultimate gay: slay gurl, but maybe 2:30 because I dont want to wait long. 💁

Me: wow, such a great friend you are.

The ultimate gay: I'll come pick you up earlier if you confess your undying love for jim.

Me: yeah, like that's going to happen.

The ultimate gay: stop trying to deny fate. it's meant to be.

Me: I'll tell Jim when you tell troye.

The ultimate gay: touché

I turn off my phone and get out my vlogging camera. I love vlogging.

I turn it on start recording.

"Hey guys, so I'm on the plane to go to playlist live with my favorite person ever Jim Chapman and Marcus Butler who is asleep at the moment." I point the camera so it can show Marcus sleeping and I film Jim playing on his phone. He looks up and takes the camera from me.

"Ariel, please tell us what you're going to be doing once you get to LA." Jim impersonates an interviewer and has the camera pointed at me.

"As you must now, I will be going to a panel with Tyler, Troye, Connor, Sawyer, Shane, and Joey who are my favorite people ever. I'm really excited for that. Then James Chapman is taking me out to dinner so I can get some nutritions in my body." I smile and laugh at how stupid that sounded.

"But I can't wait to explore the city." I say excitedly. I love adventure.

"You are way too adventurous." Jim puts the camera on him and makes some funny faces but puts it back on me when I start to speak.

"Life is to express, not to impress." I quote, throwing my hands in the air. I'm really dramatic as you can tell.

"Deep." Jim comments and I laugh at him because he's super adorable and how can you not?

I grab back my camera and zoom in on Dan and Phil, still in the same position as awhile ago.

"Aww." I coo at them and Dan flips the camera and me off and I hear Oli and Joe laughing so I lean up with my camera and see they're drawing on a sleeping Chai.

"Shhh." Joe shushes me and writes cocksucker across Chai's forehead. I'm trying to stifle my laughter and I see Oli White vlogging also. He has been videoing the whole thing and I can't help but feel bad for Chai. He won't even know why everyone will be laughing at him. I get my phone out and take a picture to send it to Troye Sivan.

Me: you will love this. attachment: picture message.

Tyler's gay lover: things like that is what I live for.

I text a lot if you can't tell.

I shut my camera off, deciding that's enough vlogging for right now.

Marcus woke up when I was videoing Chai so when I sit down he looks like he got hit by a truck.

"You look like shit." I comment and he laughs. And then I get a wonderful thought.

"Guys, we need to take a selfie!" I almost shout from my excitement.

"What's up with you and selfies?" Marcus asks and I roll my eyes.

"Memories, Marcus! I like to capture my memories so I will have them for later." I explain to him and he just laughs. I hand him my phone so he can take the picture so it will get all three of us.

"Wait! We have to include everyone!" I realize so I tell Dan to take the picture so he can get everyone. I make Zoe, Alfie, Louise, Chai- who still has writing on his face-, Joe, and Oli get up and Dan takes several pictures. He hands me my phone back and I look at the pictures excitedly. One of them has everyone doing silly faces and it's my favorite.

"This one is going to be my profile picture for everything." I show Jim the silly face one and he agrees so I set as my Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Tumblr profile picture. I set the one where we're all smiling as my home screen. My lock screen is of me and Jim that we took in my room before we left for the airport.

After a few more minutes of editing, I feel like my eyeballs are going to fall out of my head so I decide to take a nap.
