Yeona was happy and contented about how things changed drastically. Never in her wildest dreams did she dare to fall for Jimin but look where she is now, she was happy, although she hesitated to show her affection at first as time passed she learned to be bolder about her affection towards her husband. Neither did Jimin fail to shower her with love and affection.
Yeona continued her work and responsibilities of being the CEO. Time flew by fast with her immersed with work, friends, and of course her husband. She grew accustomed to Jimin's nature. He would take good care of her. He would reach home early just to spend some time with her and would go crash at her work space when she did overtime. Sometimes he would come back home in a bloody self but Yeona didn't mind that, as she knew how his life as a Mafia is, instead she would clean his wounds and help him in getting cleaned.
The couple was beyond happy with having each other, but every once in a while we happen to come across the most unexpected situations in the most unwanted time.
<Three Months Later>
The couple was in the living room, Yeona took a day off to have some quality time and spend the day with her lovely husband. But to her dismay, the stubborn male was scrolling through his phone for half an hour not even glancing at his wife who's been trying to get his attention. She tried shaking him, calling him, holding his thighs which lead him to make her sit on his lap with her hugging him and straddling his hips. She kept whining but he didn't respond.
"I wanted to go out with you" She whines with a pout which he clearly understood even though her face isn't in his vision, "Just a few more minutes princess, I'm almost done!" he says still scrolling through his phone. Yeona leans back and faces him with a cute mad face which made him look at her. "I think you love your work more than me". She says and gets up from him while crossing her arms across her chest.
"We both know that's not true", He says and goes back to reading something on his phone again. Having enough of his ignorance she snatches his phone and runs away. Jimin huffs out a sigh and starts to chase her around. "Baby gimme my phone back, we'll go out" he offers but she knew better than believing his words at that moment, "I don't believe you", She says still running around with him chasing her around. Fortunately, the guards weren't inside the place since Jimin thought they would be interrupting their privacy. So the love birds kept running around the place.
"Fine with me baby, you wanna play this way....let's play", he says with a mischievous smile before proceeding to chase her. After chasing her around for almost 10 minutes she finally reaches the dead end near the indoor swimming pool, he smirks looking at her panicked face. "Where will you go now kitten?" he smirks victoriously, Yeona looks at him like a scared lamb in front of a ferocious lion.
"Don't you think you deserve a punishment for messing with my work?" He says while cornering her, she flinches when her back hits the cold wall while he traps her between his arms by putting his arms on a wall on either side of her.
He sneakily takes his phone away and throws it on the sun lounger nearby. Then he grabs her wrists and pins them to the wall before leaning close. He was centimeters apart from her face, his breath fanning over her lips making her crave for his touch. Just as he was about to kiss her a loud sound echoes through the house making Jimin sigh frustratedly and Yeona curse the person who ruined their moment. But Jimin was unbothered he leans again
"I have to go see who's at the door Minnie", she says cursing the person who disturbed them internally, "Guards will take care of that", He was about to kiss her but the doorbell rings again "jagi-ah....." she pleads and he lost it, "What the hell? Who the fuck is that?" He lets go of her and brushes his hair back with his fingers.
"I'll go see who the person is", She says and walks away but blushes when she hears what he says, "We aren't done yet, we'll continue this later". She rushes away while nodding her head
Walking past the living room, she makes her way towards the front door. She takes her step towards the door and opens it and her eyes go wide as saucers seeing the most unexpected person standing in front of her with a wide smile.
