<Seulgi's place, 10 PM>
Jimin parked his car in the driveway and hurriedly made his way out. Ringing the bell constantly he waits for the girl to open the door, and soon enough she opens the door and gets surprised to see the man in front of her as she didn't expect him to be there at that moment.
"Oppa? What are you doing here? At this time? Do you need something?" she asks obliviously about the situation. "We need to talk!" he says sternly, noticing the seriousness in his voice she lets him in and closes the door behind him. They both make their way to her Livingroom and take their seats.
"So tell me what's wrong?" she asks showing concern, "About the pictures and videos you showed, are you sure they both are dating now?" Jimin comes straight to the point, "Let me guess, you confronted her and she said she didn't do anything" Seulgi asks crossing her arms over her chest, "It's not that, yeah she did deny cheating and I too think it might be a misunderstanding" Jimin defends
"Have you seen how close they were, you don't even have any idea who he is and still you are defending her" Seulgi says, "Actually she told me everything about Mark, she tells me everything that has happened but the only thing she hid is him being her ex." Jimin says leaning back in his seat, upon hearing that Seulgi realizes how badly Yeona loves him, she might've hidden the ex-part considering how possessive Jimin gets but apart from that she told him everything, cause she did nothing wrong.
After reflecting on those things she heaves a sigh and starts to speak, "I'm sorry Jimin, I really am" she says as he looks at her confused, "Even though you've put an end to our best friends relationship, I still had feelings for you, heck I always had feelings for you, but suddenly Yeona took you away, you even stopped our FWB, I thought she doesn't like you so you both will eventually split but how wrong I was"
She takes a heavy breath and continues, "The day I got back from Paris I went to your place because I was excited to see you but what I came to know broke me, I saw you making love to her, your wife, something which you never did with me, we just fucked but with her...you poured your love, I was jealous, mad, angry and what not but at last I realized your happiness matters most to me, so I stepped back, but when I saw the Mark guy I knew he had feelings for Yeona even though she doesn't feel the same, as she kept meeting him I thought maybe this is my chance to get you"
She raises her head and locks her eyes with his, "I'm sorry, I don't know what they talked about, all I know is He might have feelings for her but she only loves you" Seulgi finishes with tears streaming down her cheeks. Jimin says nothing he just stares at her for a few minutes before storming off from there.
He got in his car and drove away at full speed. After 10 minutes of drive, he halts in the middle of nowhere, clenching his fists he screams out loud. After screaming he leans his head on the steering wheel remembering what he said and what he called his wife out of anger, He despised himself at that moment. He couldn't go face her like this; he was too ashamed and too coward to go and face her and thus he decided to hit a bar or club and have some drinks which would fill some confidence in him.
