Yeona stood there too shocked to even utter a word when the person who came uninvited entered the place and hugged Yeona tightly bringing her back from her trance. yeona hugs the person back and forces a smile.
"Seulgi what a surprise?" she asks not believing what she was witnessing, "Well I happened to finish my work a little sooner than expected so I flew back as early as possible, couldn't trouble you more with my Jimin Oppa" Seulgi eagerly responds which made Yeona snap her neck internally but she fakes a smile externally and opens her mouth to speak, "That's.....", her words were interrupted by her husband who entered the living room to check up on his wife and what took her so long to go back.
"Baby what's taking you so long, who's at the door?" the clueless husband calls out for his wife thinking it must be one of the maids or guards. The over-excited Seulgi doesn't notice the pet name he gave to his wife, instead she giggles and gestures for Yeona to stay silent which she compiles. Seulgi silently tiptoes to the living room and sees Jimin's back facing her as he was looking at something in his phone and didn't pay attention to who came behind him.
Seulgi sneaks behind him and back hugs him to which he immediately smiles and holds her hand. "You took too long to come back, I won't let you go now". He says and kisses the back of her hand, something felt off but he ignored it until he heard a different voice which wasn't his wife's. "I'm sorry Oppa, I will never leave you ever again, I missed you a lot" Seulgi responds thinking how sad Jimin might've been with her absence.
Jimin immediately turns back with a frown and seeing Seulgi he widens his eyes slightly, "Seul?" he exclaims in surprise, Seulgi nods and hugs him tight while he forces a smile. He looks around to find his wife who stood a little far from the pair and she looked disappointed, he could read her like no one else. parting from the hug he flashes a hesitant smile.
"Seul I'm kinda busy right now, I'll talk to you later" Jimin makes an excuse to escape from the clingy girl who takes the bait, the girl nods and pecks his cheek, He stays calm and walks away from there towards his room. Seulgi turns back to Yeona and squeals. "Eonnie I'm Finally back yayyyyy" she screams gripping the latter's shoulder and twirling her in circles, " I'm happy that you're back". Yeona says trying not to kick the girl out of her home.
Both girls make their way to the kitchen and take their seats on the island. they both catch up on things and obviously, Yeona hid the love part between her and Jimin she wasn't ready to reveal the truth yet. as time passes Yeona receives texts from Jimin, making sure Seulgi was distracted, Yeona takes her phone to reply to her husband
