Months had passed. I was laying in my room at Lupins when he rushed in.
"What do you know about babies?" He asked.
"Sorry?" I said.
"We are taking Tonks to St. Mungo's hospital, the baby is coming!" He said frantically.
"Ok, Lupin breath. It will be alright." I said getting up.
"Do you have a bag packed?" I said.
"What?" He asked.
"A bag of things for Tonks and the baby." I said.
"No!" He said.
"Ok, it's fine, take her, I will get the bag and then meet you there." I said.
"Yeah ok. Be safe." He said.
"Lupin?" I said.
"Yeah Lily?" He asked.
"You're going to be a dad." I smiled.
"I already am." He hugged me.
"Awe." I said.
"REMUS!" Tonks yelled from the living room.
"Go!" I said pushing him out of my room. I watched them go.
"Right." I said. I grabbed a back and put a few shirts in the bag for Tonks, a few for Lupin, then a few onesies for the baby. I grabbed some other things and put them into the bag.
"Alright." I said. I walked out and apperated to the hospital.
"Hi. Labor and delivery?" I asked the lady at the front.
"Are you in labor honey?" Asked the lady.
"No! Oh No! I am meeting a friend here." I smiled.
"Oh who?" She asked.
"Nymphadora Lupin?" I asked.
"Yes third food room 302. Oh! She is almost fully dilated." The lady said.
"Great, thank you." I said walking to the elevator.
I went to the third floor and walked 2 rooms down. I walked in to see Tonks holding a little bundle of blankets.
"Is that it?" I asked.
"Yes, come hold him." Tonks said. I put the bag on the ground. I walked up and took the little baby in my arms.
"Lily, That is Edward Remus Lupin." Tonks said.
"He is amazing." I said looking at the little baby. He was sleeping and he looked so peaceful. "I will do anything to protect you." I said holding Edward.
"We are calling him Teddy for short." She said,
"Hello Teddy." I said, smiling at him. "Where is Lupin?" I asked.
"He went to tell the good news." She laughed.
"Here." I said handing the baby back to Tonks.
"He is amazing." I said.
"I know right." She smiled.
"Lily! It's a boy!" Lupin said.
"I know! I have been here." I laughed.
