JENNIE'S POV

I found Coach Jessi because one of my co-figure skaters suggested her to me. Of course, I didn't expect her to be this straightforward, it's like she doesn't give a single fuck about anything at all. And she smells like a combination of alcohol and mint.

During the travel, she explained all the scars that she got from fighting with a bear. I know I stayed in Russia for more than five years, but fighting with a bear is the last thing I'll ever do in this country.

Lisa Manoban is annoying as hell, yet this is the first time I spent more than an hour with her. The thing I'm more worried about is how we'll ever cooperate, knowing that coach Jessi is scary as hell... I doubt we'll ever perfect a single song.

The coach even scolded us earlier because we fought over the heater in the car.

So definitely her definition of opposite attract differs from mine.

Sure, Lisa and I have differences. Her performance and her theme is more on modern, she often performs on 80s, 70s, pop hit songs, if not then mostly Hans Zimmer ones. One time, she performed on Billie Eilish's song. Though there are times she performed on classical music which is composed by the Russians, I think they're required to perform that.

The only reason why everyone loves her because of her dance in the middle of her performance. Sure she can do Lutz, Axels, and loop, but I'm not blown away by her performance.

I'm more on classical and Disney themes.

My thoughts are brushed off when Lisa snapped her fingers in front of me. "What the hell!?" I pushed her hand aside, she's irritating.

"We're here, dumbass." Lisa exuded an obvious fake smile that makes me want to punch her face, I glanced outside the car window to see a small cabin-like house.

There are no neighbors, we're literally isolated from the city. "Is there a signal?" I asked, mounting off from the vehicle.

"There is, don't worry." Our coach said, unlocking the back compartment of her car.

"Since you girls are back in the showbiz, this is the only way to avoid the cameras while we work." Our couch smiled, I started to pull my luggage out but Lisa pushed me aside, she took her luggage out first.

This bitch.

"So how many rooms are there?" Lisa asked, I pushed her aside before I pull my bag out of the compartment.

"Well... of course you're both going to sleep in the same room, I want you guys to bond."  Jessi smiled.

Bond?

Excuse me?

I couldn't help but cringe.

"Why!?" I complained, noticing that Lisa's giving me that smug look.

"Bonding! Duh! Y'all ladies need to be friends!" Jessi shuts her door. "...Or maybe more than that." She winked.
