Saudade [Choi Yeonjun]

3rd Person's POV

After a while of talking, a nurse came in saying that it was time for y/n's dosage. She did her work and left leaving behind a drowsy y/n.

Seeing his baby sister slowly fall asleep Taeyong got up to leave but another hand stopped him by holding his wrist. 

Taeyong looked behind to see y/n trying her best to keep her eyes open. "Do you want me to stay?" He asked and y/n nods making the boy smile. He took his seat on the stool again Y/n's hand still in his. 

"I'll stay then." Taeyong says and watched y/n get knocked out in the next three seconds. It was already evening and Taeyong had somewhere to be but it wasn't as important as his sister who he waited years for. So with a simple phone call, Taeyong cancelled his plans and rested his head on the mattress drifting off to sleep. 

Yeonjun opened the door to the hospital to see y/n and Taeyong asleep hand in hand making his insides churn with jealousy.

Taeyong being a light sleeper woke up and looked at Yeonjun staring him down as if he would kill him any second. 

Yeonjun turned around and walked out. Half embarrassed and half angry. Embarrassed because he could be mistaken as a creep staring at two people sleeping.

But it was y/n. 

And she was important to him.

So he didn't mind being faced with Taeyong who was curious as to why he was staring at him and his sister.

"What is your relationship with y/n?" Yeonjun asked through squinted eyes that bore into Taeyong's. 

"Does it bother you?" Taeyong asked cockily just to play with the young gang leader who clenched his fists.

"It does. I don't  want you getting her into trouble." Yeonjun replies standing up straight to look intimidating to a man four years elder to him. 

Taeyong smiled genuinely on hearing Yeonjun's response. After all, he looked after y/n and even made an effort to go save her from his enemy.

"Y/n's all yours kid, don't worry." He teased watching Yeonjun's eyes widen slightly meaning, he was most definitely not expecting this kind of response. 

"What?" 

"You heard me. I'm Y/n's brother not her ex boyfriend or something." Taeyong says amused watching Yeonjun's eyes fully widen again, not expecting that.

"Brother?!" Yeonjun almost yells. "Yep that would be me." Taeyong says placing his ring adorned hand onto Yeonjun's shoulder.

"Thank you for taking care of her." Yeonjun nodded calmly. "She helped me so I helped her out too." 

"You're still the same even after all those years Choi." Taeyong says walking away leaving behind a confused Yeonjun.

"After all those years?" Yeonjun mumbled to himself scratching his head.

"I'm glad y/n's up. Now we can attend our graduation together." Chaeyoung said fluffing the pillows and placing them back onto Y/n's bed. 

"Mhmm." Soobin agrees why rolling out the new rug he got. The two had taken the initiative of setting up y/n's room in the new house and that was what they were currently occupied with.

Chaeyoung placed a stool near the bookshelf with a small stack of books in her hand which she planned on arranging on the topmost shelf. 

"Chae that stool-"

But before Soobin could finish Chaeyoung wobbled on the broken stool and lost her balance and in the process of finding something to stop her fall, she grabbed Soobin and dropped onto the fur rug with the boy.

When Chaeyoung opened her eyes, she was met with Soobin's face inches away from her, his jet black hair tickling her face their breaths mixing.

It was almost as if time had stopped and nobody except them existed in this moment while they gazed into each other's eyes and warmth was all they found.

"Why do you never listen to me I told you that stool was broken." Soobin mumbled brushing away a strand of hair from Chaeyoung's face making her heartbeat increase its pace.

And Soobin felt that.

Let's decide on a ship name shall we?

2) Chaebin
3) Soochae
4) Sooyoung
