Y/n's POV

"What?" A soft whisper of disbelief left my lips seeing Him walk out while the other man stayed back.

I quietly placed my hand on my chest and closed my eyes trying to slow down my heart rate.

It was not long before I heard some shuffling and the man's voice filled the silent void of the room again.

"Hey boss."

I took this opportunity to pull out my own phone which was vibrating in the pocket of my skirt

Thank goodness I was smart for once and kept my phone on vibrate.

I checked my notifications and there was one text and missed call from Yeonjun.

Shit

Yeonbih <3

Sorry got caught in traffic.
I'm here now where are YOU?
Y/n?
Are you okay?

I am (not)
What? Why??

I'm stuck in the file room and there's a dude who seems like a gangster

Oh my god
They're calling me for the picture now >:(

Go take it then. I can deal with the man

Are you sure?

Yupp
If you need anything text the GC

"He is returning today." The voice said again.

"To school? You forgot?" The guy said again while I stood there clutching my heart.

Was He a gangster now?

"You surprise me boss. You had sent him here to spy on Y/n Lee."

The dude might as well call an ambulance because I am about to faint.

"And he had gone back to report to his dad."

"Oh me? I'm at their school. Apparently Choi is here too." The man spoke his voice getting deep.

"Do you want me to, you know kill him?"

My breath hitched in my throat.

"Yep. Got my newest gun loaded and bucked up."

He's not actually doing it is he?

"And what about y/n? What should I do with her if I see her?"

Although it wasn't very quiet inside the dark room, I clearly heard what the guy on the other end said.

"Make sure she's scarred for life."

-

I walked down the school hallways with my bottom lip between my teeth.

I had walked out the file room right after I witnessed the guy load his gun and hide it in the waistband of his jeans.

"Make sure she gets scarred my foot. As if I'm not already traumatized by things already." I muttered pushing open the door to the auditorium where the photoshoot was still going on but this time with the teachers.

My eyes scanned the auditorium and stopped on the exit door as I caught a glimpse of Yeonjun's blue hair. Without hesitation I ran behind him.

He walked through the hallway as if he owned the place (which he probably did). Since most of the students were in the cafeteria eating, nobody was here.

"Yah Choi Yeonjun." I said but it seemed like he couldn't hear. I clicked my tongue in annoyance.

"CHOI YEONJUN!"

And you guessed it, dude didn't even acknowledge someone was yelling at him.

I got so pissed that I took off my tennis shoe and yeeted it at him which landed at the back of his neck and fell back down with a small thud.

Oh shit

His hands reached up to his face and as he pulled out A PAIR OR AIRPODS OUT HIS EAR.

Goodbye world.

He looked around with his eyes set in a glare. I gulped when his eyes rested on me.

"Is that the way to treat your sponser?" He said walking towards me. My mouth ran dry as I stumbled trying to find words.

Waittt

Why am I the one who's getting scared?

It wasn't it even my fault.

I replaced my scared gaze with a bored look and looked him dead in the eye.

"Not my fault your extra ass was blasting boss music while walking as if you owned the place." I sassed and walked forward in one sock making it feel weird.

I bet down from where he stood and put my shoe on while boldly placing my hand on his shoulder for support. He didn't seem to mind as he looked at me putting my shoe on.

"Why were you calling for me in the first place?" He asked returning to his normal self.

"Someone's out to kill us both." I said seriously.

"And he's in school right now."

Yeonjun seemed at a loss for words.

"We have to get out of here before any of us actually get hurt." He says grabbing my wrist and dragging me behind me.

We had successfully left the building without getting injured but instead of the gate, Yeonjun was headed for the soccer field.

"Isn't the gate there?" I asked turning around and looking at the gate. "It will be predictable." He says as we continue to trudge through the trimmed grass.

It was only midday and the sun was shining real bright that I couldn't even open my eyes. So with squinted eyes I followed Yeonjun.

That was until his phone started to ring and he stopped making me bump into his shoulder.

Realising why he stopped, I turned and looked around trying to spot something or someone and sure enough I did.

There was a guy dressed in black at the rooftop of the school building aiming his sniper at us. My eyes widened and before I knew it,

He had already pulled the trigger.
