Crazy

I think I've been here for 2 days.

I've lost track of time.

I haven't eaten.

Haven't slept. Afraid of what they'd do to me if I close my eyes.

I know they're looking for us. I just know it. I just hope they fins us soon, but the hope slowly dies every time I'm left alone in this disgusting basement. But I can't get one thing out of my mind.

The image.

The sounds.

I wish it was me instead of Hanley. They've been doing it to me the whole time. They shouldn't do this to Hanley. Damn! It's my fault. I look over to Hanley, her chained up to a pole beside the bed. I don't even know if she's still alive. They gave her so much Night Walker, probably enough to kill her.

What Carson told me starts running through my head.

"I will break you, Kayla. I will break you like I have her. Her golden heart will stop beating and you, Kayla, will be alone and all mine."

I start hitting my hands to my head. Trying to hit the sentences out of my head.

"GET OUT!" I yell, still hitting my head. "Oh god! I'm becoming just as crazy as him."

"Crazy as who sweetheart?" Speaking of the devil himself.

"You bastard." I spit.

His face boils with anger. "Watch it sweetheart."

"What? Going to send one of your guards to rape me again?" I say.

"I'll do more than that. I'll make your life hell." He threatens. I laugh. "What's funny?"

"You've already made my life hell. What else can you do?" I say.

"Worse things you can even imagine." He smirks. "Already have Ash and them running a wild goose chase." He says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"You know that dress Hanley was wearing?" He asks and I nod. "I put that somewhere. He may or may not think she's dead." He smirks.

"You're an asshole. Ruining peoples lives." I say.

"They will get over it once they can't find you two." He says.

"How can you do this? To your own fucking sister." I ask.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

"Watching people rape your sister. She's your blood. That's sick and messed up." I say.

"I may have a couple of loose screws up here." He says, pointing to his head.

"More than a couple." I mumble.

He slaps me. "Why can't you be like my sister? Why can't you be as obedient?" He asks.

"We're two different people. I went by your rules before. I'm never going by them again." I say.

Well honey, you're going to have to go by them today if you want to live." He says, pulling a gun out and putting it up to my head.

I take in a deep breath, "What do you mean?"

"You're going on a deal. You and I both. Together." He smiles.

"No." I say. He puts the gun closer to my head.

"Do you want to live?" He asks.

I think about it.

Do I?
