Olivia: The Green Witch

A Solo Mission

It was a Friday afternoon in the middle of November when Olivia was startled by an alert coming through on her computer. It was from Nick Fury. She clicked on the alert and a screen of Nick popped up, it was a video chat.

"Do I have a mission or something? My mom usually just tells me when it's time to go" Olivia said, confused.

"Warp, today's your day. You're getting a solo mission" he said. Olivia looked confused. She's never had a solo mission before. "We have intel on an enhanced individual who has been raiding the banks in New York City."

"What kind of enhanced?" Olivia asked, wanting to know who she was dealing with.

"This individual has the capability to walk through walls, making locks completely useless. Based on our records, they're taking it street by street. Our guess is tonight they'll be hitting the National Bank on East 41st Street" Fury stated, sending her the address location.

Olivia nodded. "Alright. I'll be there" She said hanging up the call. She jumped up and started towards her closet, getting changed into her suit, that's when she got another alert. "Yes?" She asked, answering the call.

"Come by the tower first, we have something for you" Fury said, hanging up. Olivia quickly got ready, stopping in the living room to tell Nat and Steve where she was going.

"A solo mission? Can Wanda at least go with you?" Natasha asked, nervous for Olivia.

"Fury just wants me to go. He thinks I can handle it and I do too" Olivia said, adjusting her gloves. "I'll call you when I'm on my way home, okay?"

Natasha nodded and Olivia left the building, using her powers to fly into the city. This seemed too familiar to her, flying in in a time of crisis. She made it to the tower, lowering herself to its base before walking through the doors. She went to the elevator, "Fury's office, please" she told the man clicking the floor buttons.

Once she was there she walked in, him and Maria anticipating her arrival. "So what do you have for me?" She asked. Maria pulled a black sheet off a manikin that sat beside Fury's desk.

"Say hello to your new suit" Maria said, revealing the new and improved Luna Warp suit. The suit consisted of an all black jumpsuit, green patterns all around it, a dark green cloak that draped down to her ankles, a new crown, new belt, green fingerless gloves, and tall green boots.

"Awesome" Olivia said, under her breath.

"We want you to wear it tonight and tell us if there is anything you need changed" Maria said, beginning to take the suit off the manikin.

"Okay" Olivia said, taking each piece Maria handed her. She walked down the hall to the stair well, making it to the floor where the rooms were. She paused for a moment, taking it all in. This was her first home and it had been years since she stepped foot on this floor.

She shuffled down the hallway and into her old bedroom, smiling at all the memories she had in here. After getting changed she looked into the mirror, her mouth wide open. "This is sick" she said, posing and flashing her powers in the mirror to get the full affect.

She left her old suit on the bed, deciding to come back for it later. "Alright, let's do this" she said, strutting out of the room and back to Fury's office.
