Pieces, slowly reconnecting like a puzzle. The perfect puzzle that made up the very being of Olivia Romanoff. First her body, followed by her mind. Olivia laid face down in the dirt and grass of Wakanda.

She pushed herself up off the ground, resting on her knees, trying to figure out what was going on. She looked around, no sight of her parents anywhere. 'Weren't they just here?' She thought to herself.

She looked across the way, seeing a panicked Wanda Maximoff, touching the ground as if she had just dropped something valuable. Olivia stood up, running over to her. "What's wrong?" She asked in Sokovian.

"V-Vision. Where's his body? It was just right here. . . I was touching him!" Wanda exclaimed.

Olivia took Wanda's hands into hers, trying to calm her a bit. "I don't know what's going on right now, but it doesn't feel right" Olivia said.

"Steve? Natasha? Thor?" Sam called out, walking through the trees and around bushes.

"Sam?" Olivia asked, jogging over to him. "Where did they go? Where's Thanos? Did we win?" So many questions filled everyone's brains who had just returned from the blip.

Wanda and Olivia both sat on an old log. "Surely if they left, they're gonna come back for us. My mom wouldn't just leave me here" Olivia stated, looking at the small hole in the knee of her pants.

Just then, a circle of yellow sparks appeared before them, the two girls jumping up and raising their hands, prepared to fight whatever this was. Walking out of the portal was a man wearing a red cape. "I'm Dr. Strange. I need you to trust me." He said, introducing himself.

"Why the hell would we do that?" Wanda said, finding his introduction of himself to be lacking.

"I'm. . . acquaintances with Tony Stark. Look, we don't have much time and I have other people I need to see, so you just have to trust me, okay?" Stephen Strange said.

The girls were hesitant at first, but this seemed urgent. "I know it's going to be hard to believe, but five years have passed and right now, your friends need your help" he said, just breaking the ice. "Stay right here and get ready to fight, you'll know when it's time."

With that Dr. Strange and his portal disappeared. They stood silent, their eye brows furrowed. "What does he mean it's been five years?" Olivia asked, looking to Wanda.

"I have no idea. . .you still look like a child, so there's no way it's been five years" Wanda said.

Olivia let her face rest annoyed. "Okay, whatever. Who are we fighting? Thanos?" Olivia asked, as if Wanda miraculously knew all of the answers.

"I don't know, Olivia. Just say here and wait" Wanda said. She found herself consistently looking over her shoulder to see if Vision was there or not, but he never was.

An agonizing 10 minutes of silence went by until their moment had finally arrived. Another portal began to form and the girls squared up, watching as a huge army looked back at them. The two used their powers to hoist themselves into the air, touching down in the group of ally's they had on their side.

Seeing all of these unique people, some Olivia had never even seen before, made her heart leap. She lived for epic moments like these. She knew her parents were somewhere in the bunch, but now was no time to go searching, now was the time to get serious.
