Kai punched the wall with his hand on fire.
One deep breath. He gazed at the damage his hit had caused.
His knuckles were red, but the wall was black.
Kai punched the wall again and again.
"STUPID, DUMP, AWFUL ASSHOLE!!!", he yelled, slightly out of breath.
The fire grew and found it's way up his arm, soon swallowing his body whole and setting fire to a paper on the ground.
Kai didn't stop. The wall was slowly crumbling.
Tears were running down his cheeks, boiling in the fire.
"SO UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND STUPID!", the ninja screamed.
He was not just talking to himself, but also about himself.
He had tried to protect Nya from heartbreak, but by that her heart got broken. It was his fault. He caused her tears.
Suddenly water splashed down on him and extinguished the fire that had slowly been creeping up the walls.
Kai took a few deep breaths. The wall had a big, black hole in it.
The ninja looked at his hands. His knuckles were bleeding badly, small crumbs of the walls paint still stick to the wounds.
Kai sank to his knees, still breathing heavily.
"Kai?", Lloyd asked carefully when the team of Ninjas in the doorframe noticed the small noises coming from their friend.
Kai was sobbing silently.
"Go away, leave me the fuck alone...", he sniffed softly.
"Kai. What's going on?", Cole wanted to know.
"I hurt my sister. She said she hates me. It's all my fault...", Kai sobbed out.
"Kai, it's okay. I don't hate you, how could I? You just tried a bit to hard to protect me", Nya replied carefully.
Kai didn't dare look at her. He was trying to swallow his tears.
Nya carefully moved closer to him and wrapped her arms around him.
"You won't leave me, right?", the fire ninja's voice sounded monotonous and cold.
"Never. You're my brother after all, it's us for now and forever"
