Nahihilong gumising ako sa isang hindi pamilyar na kuwarto habang sinasapo ang nananakit kong likod kahit pa masyadong malambot ang kama. Bigla akong napayakap sa sarili sa sobrang lamig habang malakas na umuugong ang air-con kasabay ng tunog ng malamig na hangin na lumalabas mula rito.

The room is way fancier than my dorm but there's one thing in common. Both of them are all in black. Para akong nasa kuwarto ng adik sa witchery and fan of demonic stuffs. Mukhang ibinalik lang din ako sa Harman pero ibang kuwarto naman kaya't hindi na ako nangamba pa at tumayo para sumilip sa labas pero nang buksan ko ang pinto ay nakarinig ako agad ng umiiyak na sanggol.

"Oh, he's crying Akiko! I'll take care of Akira, this little man needs his mum!" A woman's angelic voice rushed through my ears as her dearing accent echoed in the wide hall while a baby's cry becomes louder and louder.

I was trying to remember what happened last night but the fact that I am in a huge black house won't just connect in the dots of how I got here. All I remember is that I passed out when Lucian covered my mouth with a weird smelly handkerchief and then I woke up in an unfamiliar room and the rest follows.

"Let me have that crybaby---oh! Gising na ang bisita!" Agad akong napalingon sa babaeng bigla na lang dumating at kinuha ang sanggol mula sa unang babaeng karga ito, "You must be hungry." She said before turning back to the woman, "Cass, pwede pasabi sa kina Anita na maghanda na ng agahan para kay Ara?"

The lady she called Cass smiled, "On it!" She replied to ber enthusiastically before turning to me, "Good morning Ara! Please follow me and we'll have you entertained. The lady of the house needs to breastfeed her little lord." She explained as she pointed the at the mother who's carrying her son with her red thin lips.

I looked at the lady one last time who's now sweet talking her baby before glancing back at me, "Enjoy your breakfast. I'll be there in a minute."

Pilit na lamang akong ngumiti bilang tugon dito bago lumingon at sinundan si Ms. Cass habang nagugulumihanan sa nangyayari. They know my name and they treat me like a familiar visitor while here I am completely clueless about everything. Who the hell are they? Why am I here? Am I dead already?

"Mommy! Mommy! I took daddy's robot!" Ani ng batang lalaki habang hawak ang laruang robot at iwinawagayway ito kay Mrs. Cass.

"Oh no! Your daddy's gonna be mad, Zyke! That's his favorite robot." Her high-pitched sweet voice reminds me of a Disney princess as she try to talk to her son in a very gentle way, "Why won't you just put it back and I'll buy another robot for you okay?"

The little boy (he looks like he's 4 or 5) named Zyke pouted as his shoulders fell in disappointment, "Can't we share? You brought it mommy right? Please?"

I can't help but to smile as he pronounce his r and l as w, struggling to speak because his tongue is not yet long enough for him to say the words accurately. Ang cute na bata ni Zyke at halatang spoiled na spoiled ng magulang. Hindi na tuloy ako makasubo ng agahan kong pancake sa sobrang pagkahumaling sa bata.

"Fine. Just don't break it okay? Now go and play with Akira." She pleaded her son and watch him run while holding the robot carefully (obeying her words without any tantrum) before facing me without removing the plastered smile on her place.

"You're Ara right?" I replied with a fast nod, "You're Charlotte's cousin's girlfriend!"

My jaw hanged as my mind went blank, trying to process what she said before a bunch of questions starting to form inside my head. I was about to ask who's Charlotte when a woman with a big belly entered the dining area.
