Chapter 33: Triggered Trauma

I thought Seth and I were going to spend time together here in my dorm but he actually called everyone in and now the whole gang is present at mistulang naging zoo ang silid dahil sa matinding kaguluhan at kalokohan ng lahat.

Seth actually yelled at them nang bigla silang nag-pillow fight sa may sofa pero sinabihan ko na lamang na hayaan na ang mga ito. Ngayon lang naging buhay na buhay ang dorm ko kaya't kahit papaano ay natutuwa ako.

"I shouldn't have invited all of you in!" Reklamo ni Seth habang nagtatatalon sa sofa si Coup at Leo habang naghahampasan ng unan si Rupert at Simon.

Sina Den at Renzi naman ay parehong naglalaro ng Xbox (na hindi ko magamit) habang nanonood sina Cole, Ken, Thunder, at Cal. Kami ni Seth ay nakaupo sa isa pang maliit na couch habang pinaglalaruan ko ang malapad at maugat niyang kamay. Everyone is creating their noises and their screams of victory is also mixed with screams of defeat. Me on the other hand is just silently watching everyone as I feel Seth planting soft kisses on my shoulders and neck.

"Tomorrow, I want you to come over in my house." He suddenly mentioned as his kisses trailed up to my earlobe and I felt good by how gentle he is when he brushes his lip onto my skin.

But when his words started registering in my brain, I turned to face him while my eyes widened, "L-Lalabas ako ng Harman?"

The only rule that I am bound to follow the most. Bawal na bawal akong lumabas ng Harman at all cost or they're going to kill me on sight. Natakot tuloy ako bigla sa sinabi ni Seth imbes na matuwa dahil makikita ko kahit papaano kung ano na ang nangyayari sa labas.

He nodded slowly before pecking my lips, "Yep. I asked the principal to allow me to take you out but of course you can't go back to your family yet."

The thought of my family made my shoulders drop in disappointment as I realized that I am still not free after all. Hindi ko pa rin pala talaga mararamdaman na nakalabas ako. I'll just be in Seth's house and I doubt I can even roam around if I'm there.

"I see."

He sees through me as he noticed the glimpse of sadness in my face, "I'm sorry. I also want you to see your family again right now but if you do, they will definitely catch us and we'll be in great danger. And its not just us, your family might get hurt too."

Tumango na lang ako bilang tugon at pag-intindi dahil tanggap ko na rin naman ang sitwasyon na ito. Ito na lang ang paraan na walang mapapahamak na iba.

"Thank you so much for understanding. Don't worry, my parents are thrilled to meet you."

Parang binuhusan ako ng malamig na tubig sa sunod niyang sinabi at bigla kong napagtanto kung anong tunay na rason kung bakit gusto niya akong pumunta sa bahay nila bukas.

He wants me to meet his parents! Hindi ko tuloy alam kung anong gagawin ko at nagdalawang-isip akong sumama. Its not that I don't like the idea but because I feel nervous. What if they don't like me? What if they want someone as rich as them? Paano kung sabihan nila akong lumayo kay Seth?

"Y-Your parents?" I was stuttering as I try to force myself to smile.

"Yes. When they learned about you, they have been curious for days and then suddenly, my mother begged me when we were in Russia to introduce you to them after our trip. I have no choice." He said as he scratch his head like he was feeling a bit pissed when he mentioned about his mom begging him, "Do you want me to cancel it? I know its a bit rude to not ask you first, it just came out and she was very persistent."

How can I decline the offer if it was his mother who asked it? Baka isipin ng nanay niya na bastos ako at talagang nagawa kong tumanggi or she might think that I am hiding from her. In short, I will make a bad impression and I don't want that.
