Chapter 11: The Rebellion

(Shindong) 

        "Ryeowook! Wait!" Shindong called as he ran after the smaller boy, who had just seen Kyuhyun being attacked and had run to him screaming. 

        "KYUNNIE!" Ryeowook screamed, running to help his boyfriend, who was now furiously battling with Kangin, Leeteuk and Heechul, Hangeng was sitting there behind Heechul, now too weak to even get up. Ryeowook and Shindong took Kangin and Leeteuk and left Heechul to Kyuhyun. 

        Shindong could see Eunhyuk run and grab a pack, he was behind Kangin, Heechul, Leeteuk and Hangeng, therefore they could not see him. As for Kyuhyun and Ryeowook, they were too busy trying to keep each other alive, so they did not notice Eunhyuk. Only Shindong noticed him sneaking up behind Hangeng with a knife, he looked like an annoying monkey. 

        Hangeng was still trying to get up, but by now his leg was so swollen and injured there really was no hope for him unless they had capitol medicine. Or a surgery. Shindong saw Eunhyuk sneak up behind Hangeng quietly with his knife drawn, "HANGENG HYUNG WATCH OUT!" Shindong let out a shout to warn his hyung, they all stopped fighting, Hangeng spun around to meet the knife which buries itself into his forehead. 

        "HANGENG!" Heechul screamed. 

        "Thank - you - for - being - one - of - the - only people - who - truly - loved - me." Hangeng told Heechul in between gasps of pain. And he was gone just like that. 

        "EUNHYUK YOU BASTARD!" Heechul screamed and tore off after Eunhyuk. 

(Donghae) 

        Seeing that Eunhyuk was in trouble, Donghae said to Henry, "You wait here okay? I have to go help him." and he ran down the hill, brandishing his sword at Heechul, who spat at them, "HOW DARE YOU KILL HIM? I LOVED HIM!" Heechul screamed at them. 

        "I had to... for my survival." Eunhyuk said, a sad look in his eyes, "Hyung-" he started again just as the rest came after them. 

        "Don't 'hyung' me! Are you only with Donghae? None of you look like you need something desperately so there must be someone else with you! Henry? I thought I saw Donghae with him just now. And Kibum and Sungmin are allies so you're not with them either, they're not here anyway. So let me kill your allies the way you killed Hangeng!" 

        "Hyung!" Ryeowook gasped and burst into tears. 

        "Look what you did!" Kyuhyun said angrily before turning to comfort Ryeowook. 

        "He would've died anyway! He was too weak!" Donghae defended Eunhyuk. 

(Leeteuk)

        "WHATEVER IS IN OUR PACK COULD'VE SAVED HIM!" Heechul screamed again, "He's dead- dead-" and with that he collapsed on the ground with his head in his hands. He positioned his sword towards his heart, "I'LL DIE TOO!" 

        "NO!" they all shouted, they could not bare to see Heechul like this. Leeteuk grabbed his hand, stopping Heechul from plunging it into his chest. 

        "You should let me do this!" Heechul said, "It would be easier! If you tell me not to the capitol will see it as a rebellion!" 

        "They already do see it as a rebellion." Leetuk said, "We all say it: I don't want to kill them, I can't hurt my friends. I know, that we all say this even though we are in the arena. So we already seen as rebels."

        "I want to be with Hangeng!" Heechul cried. 

        "But would he want you to kill yourself?" Leeteuk asked.
