(Shindong)
The week flew by with preparations, there was so much to do, they had to make more weapons, make sure there was enough room for all the people on the train, and Heechul and Henry had to start getting fit.
Even with all his friends, Shindong felt strangely alone, maybe it was because Kyuhyun was always with Ryeowook, Eunhyuk with Donghae, Kibum sleeping, Heechul and Henry in Hospital, and Leeteuk and Kangin whispering amongst themselves. No one payed any attention to Shindong, and he did not feel very good about that. Luckily, the eternal maknae Ryeowook, noticed that he was no longer all smiles and began to spend more and more time with him. He even dragged Kyuhyun and his old friend from District 11 Changmin to join them.
Together, the four packed food and water for the journey and loaded a bunch of other things onto the train. Sometime in the week Shindong ran into his old buddy Jung Yunho, another victor, and the four friends became 5.
Shindong noticed Leeteuk observing them with a happy smile, glad that they were finally mingling with other kids.
Finally, at the end of week where everyone had worked extremely hard and Lay was extremely pleased with them, they spent their last night there before the journey to the Capitol. Ryeowoo and Kyuhyun retired to their room, Eunhyuk and Donghae to their's, Kibum, whose father had joined him in hi work all week, was sleeping with his father Jaejoong. Yunho and Changmin slept with their families, and Shindong felt as if nothing could go wrong.
(Ryeowook)
"You'll never leave me, right?" Kyuhyun said as he rubbed his clothed member against Ryeowook's, making him moan, "Of course not, never."
But they both knew that as happy as they felt now, anything could go wrong from tomorrow on wards.
"I won't leave your side for a minute." Kyuhyun told his boyfriend, "I will always be their to protect you."
"I love you Kyuhyunnie..." Ryeowook sighed, giving Kyuhyun a lingering kiss, and he meant it, he had never felt so much for anyone before.
"I'm the man for you." Kyuhyun joked, and Ryeowook couldn't agree more, "When all this is over..." Kyuhyun said thoughtfully, "We will get married, move into a nice house, and live together peacefully until the end of our days.
"And children!" Ryeowook added happily, though he also felt a bit suprised that a person like Kyuhyun had already planned their future.
"And children." Kyuhyun agreed with a laugh.
Ryeowook smiled his most adorable smile at Kyuhyun, who immediately began fussing over him and trying to take his clothes off, but Ryeowook couldn't help but worry that this might be their last night together.

(Kibum)Kibum was a very different person now than from a week ago, he glowed with happiness now. His father had joined him in putting the supplies onto the train by with a, "Mind if I help?" and gave him compliments and hugs and they joked around everyday.
This was his real father, and Kibum found that he loved him dearly.
The more he felt happy and proud to be with his father, the more he forgot about Sungmin. It was probably good for him, thinking about Sungmin all the time was what had led him to depression anyway.
"Son?" Jaejoong called from the mattress on the floor, he had given Kibum his bed.
"Yes dad?" Kibum asked.
"So ... have you been ... interested in someone this past week?"
"No." Kibum said, feeling slightly annoyed, "I don't like anyone now."
"It's time to start thinking about your future love life, Kibum." Jaejoong was obviously having a good time tormenting his son.
"I want to be single."
"But I want grand-children!" Jaejoong said.
"Later, dad, not now. I'm, I'm not ready yet." Kibum suddenly felt an urge to cry, an urge that had disappeared for a week but now reappeared when his hit upon a touchy subject. But he could not cry for his father to see, he was scared that his father would think him weak. So still in his pajama's, he ran out of the room with his confused father calling for him. He ran and ran, till it brought him to the room of the person he needed. Ryeowook.
Inside the room, Kibum could hear a lot of moaning and the bed creaking. He burst into tears right there. Hearing the racket outside the room, Ryeowook was out in less than a minute in one of Kyuhyun's shirts which were too big for him and some boxers, Kyuhyun came out a minute later, dressed similarly.
It was obvious that Kyuhyun was annoyed about being interrupted but Ryeowook was as sweet and sympathetic as usual, "Oh my baby Bummie! Come here!" Ryeowook held Kibum to his chest tight, as if he were Kibum's mother, "Tell me what happened."
"Sungmin." he bawled, and Ryeowook understood that Jaejoong had probably said something related to that.
Ryeowook rocked Kibum back and forth as if he were a baby, "Is there anything you want Bummie?"
"Heechul." Kibum muttered, his face still buried into Ryeowook's now wet shirt.
"Let's go to the Hospital then, Kyu?" Ryeowook looked at Kyuhyun, who sighed and lifted Kibum up, "To the Hospital." Ryeowook instructed.
"Kyuhyun?" Kibum whispered guiltily, "I'm sorry for taking Ryeowook away from you all the time." he began to cry tears of shame and guilt.
Kyuhyun softened, "It's alright Bummie, we'll take care of you no matter what." he whispered back.
They reached the Hospital and Kyuhyun carried him into Heechul's room, where Heechul was fast asleep until he heard them coming in. "What is it?" He asked groggily, "Oh Kibummie!" He reached out to take Kibum from Kyuhyun and put he put the younger boy on his lap, "Here, Kibummie, everything is fine." he said soothingly.
Kyuhyun sank into a chair and fell asleep.
That night, Heechul and Ryeowook spent another restless night looking after Kibum. Their last night before they attacked the Capitol.
