A/N: Boy, it feels good to be back here! I missed you, I missed this story so much. It was quite complicated to dive back into writing so I really hope you'll enjoy this chapter. I don't think it's as good as my previous ones, but I'll get there, I just need time to adjust.
Thank you for the love and support. You mean more than you'll ever know to me <3

Dear Diary,

A lot has been going on since the last time I wrote my thoughts in here. I barely have time to do so anymore, but I'm not complaining. On the contrary. I can't believe this is my life now. We've been in France for four days, and this has been the greatest trip so far. I was so scared that things would get complicated with the whole exposing Faraji to the world thing, but truth is, the press barely noticed him. Well, they noticed him and his incredible Spiderman mask, but to them, he is yet another kid that got lucky enough to hang with Michael Jackson.

Michael and I are fine with that for now. We want to take things slow, so that Faraji can adapt to this new lifestyle.

My worries seem to have vanished a little. We get to experience life as a normal family – well, as normal as it can get for us, I mean. This is a huge step in our life, and so far things are going as planned. Although, I know this is the calm before the storm, I haven't forgotten about the visions I experienced.

I wish I have.

I never thought I'd say that again, but there's not a day that goes by without the thought of John crossing my mind. What is he up to? Is he planning his attack against us yet? Is exposing Faraji earlier than expected really going to change the future?

So many questions are left unanswered, but I'm trying my best to put them aside and enjoy our family trip. So far, so good. Studying with Carl does help a lot as well. At least when I learn about how to repair a leaking intestine, I don't think about anything else.

Monaco has been so much fun. I can't believe I'm writing this, but Michael and I had dinner with Prince Albert and Princess Stephanie. Boy was I nervous. Apparently my husband "forgot" to mention that to me, but we all know he didn't tell me so that I wouldn't freak out and run away in fear. Truth is, the look of pride he had in his eyes when he introduced me to the couple of royals put me at ease.

I'm pretty sure I had the exact same look in my eyes the night prior, when Michael was awarded with three different awards during the World Music Awards. I can't even start to explain how proud I felt when he thanked his "beautiful wife" for believing in him.

Yeah, that sounds pompous, I know.

Anyways. We're finally heading to Paris, and damn am I excited. Being in the most romantic city with my husband is one thing, but being able to show it to our son is indescribable. With Alice and Carl around as well as Andy, Haze and Toya, this trip couldn't have been more perfect.

"Are you writing a novel here? Damn girl, you sure have a ton of things to say," Alice teased as she was sitting across from me in the back of the limo.

"I was writing about how annoying my best friend is. So yeah, I sure do have a lot of things to say," I fired back, smirking.

Michael snickered beside me, and I heard Carl snort as well which earned him a nudge from his wife.
