C46 - Purification

The arrival of Jin Zixuan and Jiang Yanli in Koi Tower caused  commotions in Lanling. There were rumors that has been passed from one to another but no one dared to speak out their opinion loudly after what  Sizhui have done. The sect elders welcome them back like they just got back from a very long vacation. They couldn't see any trace of being a fierce corpse but they prayed that they were really just got resurrected from death.

Before the seventh day since their arrival, Sizhui appeared in Koi Tower together with Jin Ling, Wei Wuxian Lan Wangji and Wen Qing. In one secluded room, they discussed about their plans which shocked Jin Ling knowing that there is something like this going on behind his back.

"You're gonna leave me again?" Jin Ling slammed the table as soon as he realized what was going on.

Sizhui immediately went towards his lover and held his hand. "A-Ling."

As tears beamed in his eyes, Jin Ling felt like his chest was going to burst in pain. "I–I thought you won't leave me again."

"Please listen." Sizhui cupped his face. "I'll do everything to get back to you. I promise you that."

Jin Ling held his hand back. "You better fulfill that promise or I'll follow you there."

Sizhui, "A-Ling, please don't say that. We will meet again. Whatever happens, we will be together again. I'll do everything to be with you again."

"When?" Tears started to stained his cheeks as Jin Ling just let his heart cry. "When you can or when I die? A-Yuan, I don't want to only see you when you can visit me or wait until I die. We have dreams, right? How can we fulfill all of those things if you're up there and I was here."

"Jin Ling." Jin Zixuan patted his son's shoulder. "Don't make it hard for Sizhui. He trained hard for this day. I'm sure he won't let it all go to waste."

"You gave me hope and I did hope. Why did you have to break that hope that's only left in me?"

Jiang Yanli gently hold her son and wiped his tears. "A-Ling, please listen to me. Whatever happens, we will stay here." Yanli pointed at his heart. "You'll never be alone. Sizhui will still be here. In your heart."

Jin Ling, "Its easy for you to say because you're not the one who will be left alone."

"Jin Ling!" Jiang Cheng called. "Focus! You're parents and your lover will be facing a tough battle with a deity. If only we could help, we will. But all we can give is our support and the hope that they will be fully resurrected. You need to toughen up and believe in them."

"A-Ling."

Jin Ling doesn't have a choice but to nod in agreement. Yanli and Zixuan gave him a tight hug. Sizhui did the same, however, Jin Ling wrapped his arms around his lover's neck and pressed their lips together. Their audience just had to avert their eyes and avoid the free show.

Wei Wuxian, "Jin Ling, there are innocent people here."

"You're not innocent!" Jin Ling retorted.

"A-Ling, don't be rude to your Uncle Xian." Jiang Yanli scolded without even looking at their side.

Luoxuan Mountain

At the foot of the Luoxuan mountain, the disciples of Jin Sect, Lan Sect, Ouyang Sect, and Jiang Sect surrounded the place. They all travelled five days since after Sizhui's appearance. These was planned carefully as their main purpose was to subdue all the corpses that were under the evil deity's control.

Ouyang Zizhen of BalingOuyang Sect was more than happy to learned that his Lan friend was back and was willing to help for him to get fully resurrected. As they carefully walking inside the mountain, a lady appeared wearing the same uniform as Sizhui.
