KRIST PERAWAT

I came early today and greeted to my colleagues with smile. I went over to my desk and got busy with checking files, documents and made some phone calls.

After lunch_ I checked my computer, and went up to the boss.

“Khun Singto, You have an appointment with Khun Lee tomorrow, at 10 am in Chiangmai.” I reported.

“Umm…Okay. We have to leave today in the evening then. We can’t keep them waiting. Arrange the tickets, go home and get your stuff. You’ve got no time.” He ordered.

“Do you mean…I also have to go with you?” I asked with hesitant sound.

Why? Any problem? Aren’t you my secretary? You have to go with me. Now go, and book the tickets to the evening flight. He gave me a stern look.

“O…Okay sir. I’ll arrange it. Please, excuse me.” I said giddily and walked out, rubbing my head. I booked the tickets for us, and we left to Chiangmai in the evening.

After about 1 hour, we reached Chiangmai. We were looking for a hotel to stay tonight, and went to a hotel.

“I’d like to book 2 rooms for one night, please.” I asked to the receptionist.

“Sorry sir, all the rooms are already booked, only one room has left.” She said.

Suddenly, it started raining outside.

“What should we do? She said only one room has left.” I told him, looking worried.

“Take the keys. We can’t go anywhere now, it’s raining heavily.”

“Huh?!! You mean…we… have to share the room.” I raised my eyebrows, looking shocked.

“What’s the problem? We both are men, can share the room. It’s only for tonight anyway.” He gave me a straight look.

“Alright”, I smiled nervously.

“Okay then. I’d like to book 1 room for one night. ” I asked her.

She nodded. “May I’ve your ID card, please?” she asked.

I show her my ID. She checked it. “This is your room key, sir.” She gave me the key.

“Thank you.” I smiled. And we went to the room.

SINGTO PRACHAYA

We reached to the room and put the luggage aside. I looked at Krist and felt, something has wrong with him.

“Are you alright?” I asked him with worried look.

“I’m okay. I just feel a little bit dizzy.” He replied, looked pale.

“Go have a bath. It may be coz of travel.” I gave him a concerned look.

“Okay.” He said.

“I’ll be right back then.” I said. He nodded. Then I walked out from the room.

I took an umbrella from the reception to go outside as it’s still raining, and went to a general store. I brought a thermometer and some tablets. I came to the room, and looked for him. As he was in the washroom, so I sat down on the couch and waited for him.

After a while, I heard some sound and quickly ran to the washroom, and knocked the door.

“Khun Krist, are you alright?… Khun Krist… Khun Krist.” I shouted and knocked worriedly.

When I didn’t get any reply, I opened the door, and saw him fell down on the floor. I was so scared, got panic, and screamed.
I went up to him, trying to wake him up. “Khun Krist!…Krist!, open your eyes. Krist!!…Krist!!!…”
