The kiss scene also left Mother Kwan speechless. She didn’t expect that the play would turn like this.

“Told you! Not to test them. They are quite possessive of each other.”

As Jane’s voice came, Krist’s let go of Singto immediately. He was shocked to see Jane in home. He had no idea that Jane was here as well.

“Jane! You, you know Miss Lee?”

Jane laughed. “Well, she’s not Miss Lee. She’s Mrs. Ruangroj.”

“Mrs. Ruangroj!” Krist repeated confusedly, it took him a while to process his mind that the one he had offended was none else but his own ‘mother-in-law’.

‘Holy shit! She… she’s my future mother-in-law! And I kissed her son in front of her! How embarrassing!’

At this moment, Krist wanted to squeeze himself into the crake between the floor.

“Aunty, I…I’m sorry for my rude behavior.” Krist stuttered and bowed his head, feeling ashamed.

“You said, you are going to marry my son, right? So, technically, I’m your mother-in-law now. Why are you calling me aunty? Call me Mae… call Maeee!” Mother Kwan taught him as if he were a one-year-old kid which was rather amusing to watch.

“Krup, Mae!” Krist was very embarrassed.

“Mom! Are you done with your tricks? You frightened him so much.” Singto noticed Krist’s embarrassment, and wanted to end this play soon, so that he could coax him as quickly as possible.

Singto was afraid, if he failed to coax him, the punishment would be severe, which he didn’t want in anyway.

“Hey, are these snacks? I’m so hungry. Wow! Mom, these are all your favorite cakes and sweets.”

Jane was clever enough to speculate the situation, that the next would be chastised by her brother was her. So she motioned to her mom to flee as quickly as possible.

Singto frowned at his sister and mother.

“I need to use the washroom. Please, excuse me.” After saying so, Krist rushed to the upstairs like a gust of wind.

As Singto was going to scold Jane, Krist ran away from there. Singto worriedly watched him running away.

Mother Kwan patted her son’s arm to console him, “Don’t worry. He’s shy now. Take good care of my son-in-law and ‘Be gentle with him’.”

There were some hidden meanings in the last four words though.

The corner of Singto’s lips twitched, hearing upon his mother’s statement.

Mother Kwan smirked at her son and turned to face her daughter. “Let’s go, I’ve another son-in-law to meet with.”

Jane blushed and nodded to her mother. Then they walked out of the home, leaving Singto dumbfounded and alone.

Singto sighed and looked at upstairs in a daze.

As soon as Krist dashed over his room, he slammed the door shut and leaned against the door to catch his unsteady breathes. His heart was racing like a horse and his cheeks flushed red with embarrassment.

He took some deep breathes to calm himself down.

“Oh my god! She’s P’Sing’s mom. I’m doomed. I’m doomed.”

He cried and rolled on the wall with his hands covered his face.

“Why the f**k am I in this situation? How the hell I ended up with this family of pranksters?” He cursed annoyingly.
