Panthera walked out of the front doors and looked around, she shifted into her dragon form and flew away to the mountains. As a dragon, she was a deep purple black with silver scales scattered around on the underside of her wings around her neck and also on the end of her eyes like little tear drops. She had a forked black tongue. Her eyes were a bright lemon yellow color and she was as dark as midnight skies. As she flew over the trees and mountains she looked back at her new home and froze mid flight. The way the sun had hit her new home, made it look like it was out of a fairy tale. As she flew back home she noticed something peculiar, a clearing in the forest with a little campfire and a house. She soured toward it on silent wings. She landed just behind the house and shifted into panther form. She slunk around and looked for something to explain this. Eventually she gave up and strolled away and then she heard it. An almost silent whimper. She carefully followed the sound and then she saw it. A cage with a beautiful young female bobcat. Panthera shifted into dragon form and spewed a little flame to see. The bobcat slunked back into the cage more, only to find the end of it. Panthera lit a branch on fire and stuck it into the ground. She shifted back into human form and worked on getting the lock undone. When the lock finally fell off, Panthera stepped back and sat there so that the bobcat could come out. When she didn’t Panthera went over to the cage and noticed that her leg was injured, Panthera gently pulled out the bobcat and carried her back home. When she walked up to her house, her mom ran out and screamed. After Panthera brought the bobcat into the house and started to get the stuff she needed to help it, her mom and dad ran into the room and yelled “Why is there a bobcat in our house!” “ because,” Panthera said “ She was injured and I need to help her” Connor walked into the room and said “I can help her.” Panthera backed away from the bobcat and Connor walked up and placed his hand on the bobcat's side and mumbled something under his breath. He stepped back and watched the big cat. As he watched, the wound on her leg slowly started to disappear and the skin and fur started to heal over the wound and after a few seconds, the wound was completely gone. Conner’s mom and dad looked at him in shock and he said in a deep, raspy voice “Sorry mom and dad.” “What?” asked Panthera and her new parents as Connor slowly started to turn an icey blue dragon with a whip thin tail. The room instantly became freezing as Connor started to shift into an ice dragon.
