And in that moment, I swear we were infinite.

12|| Celebrating together
"What are you doing here?" Asked one of the groomsmen. The bridal party looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Where's Bash?" I asked in reply.
There was a sudden splashing sound and a huge heave as Bash got out of the water where he was doing god knows what. He turned around with an excited yell but stopped short when he saw the others around him all silent. Then he turned to face the direction that I and the girls were standing in and his jaw dropped.
"Ari? What're you guys doing here?" He asked confused out of his mind.
"When did you plan on coming here?" I asked him ignoring his question.
"Like on Wednesday or something. Why?" He asked still confused.
I turned to the girls and smiled. At least now they know this was my plan and the guys had been the ones to follow. The girls smiled back at me and then looked to the guys and sighed.
All of us stood there confused what to do when Mia walked over to the stairs that lead into the water and said,
"We can just celebrate a joint bachelor's for now."
Everybody else cheered and I smiled. The rest of us quickly followed Mia into the water and started splashing each other and having fun as I floated on the side enjoying the semi-calm waters. James swan over to where I was and stopped near me looking over at them too.
"They seem to be having fun. It's nice to see Mark and Mia relaxed after the stressful few months right?" He asked and I nodded.
"What do you guys plan on doing later? Gentleman's club?" I asked him and he shrugged.
"Most probably. While Mark doesn't care where we go get drunk, the others want to watch a stripper show and so they have been bugging Bash about it." He said.
"The others? You say that as if you don't want to watch it yourself." I smirked.
"Look at me sugar, do I look like I need to pay for it?" He asked back cockily.
I let my eyes run down his body slowly, deliberately, checking him out and showing it to him. He had grown so much more in the past four years. He was in no way a lanky guy back in college.
As a swimmer he had his muscles and went to the gym religiously, took his diet seriously and all of that jazz. But now he was even more ripped with the cuts and ridges defined nicely.
"Ehh. Who knows what the big bad wolf does to get his preys." I replied with an innocent look.
"Charlotte" He groaned. "You're creating problems you have no wishes of solving. What did I ever do to deserve this."
I chuckled and swam away from him and towards the others. I saw Bash and silently made my way over to him and once I was close enough, I took a gulp of air and went under. I swam over to him and grabbed his ankle, jerking it towards me and further into the pool, getting a startled yell from him.
I left his ankle as soon as he the yelp sounded and swam far away from him and got out laughing with the others when he spluttered and coughed out the water. His eyes snapped to me with a dangerous glint in them and he muttered an 'oh you're on'.
After that it was a cat and mouse game in water as he chased me and I swam away, before one of the groomsmen decided it would be a great idea to help Bash and grabbed me around the waist and pushing me towards him.
Bash chuckled and laughed as he wound his arms around me in a gentle yet firm hold and for a second everything around me felt like background noise. All that mattered was him and I so close to each other with barely any clothes on our body and him laughing.
He looked down at me and raised an eyebrow, before smirking and dunking me into the water yelling 'payback's a bitch'. When I got out I let out a battle cry and soon it turned into a groomsmen vs bridesmaids thing with everyone trying to dunk each other.
A few more hours later we all made our way to a restaurant nearby and had our stomach's fill. The girls wanted to look around a bit and shop for souvenirs while the guys head back to their resort cabin and fell asleep. Early evening we all got back and we started getting ready to hit a club nearby.
Mia was in a white dress and another bride sash lay across her from. When all of were dressed we got into the car and went off to the best club around here. In there we found a table to ourselves and ordered drinks and made a bet on who would be able to get us free drinks for the night.
A couple drinks later, we moved to the dance floor and were trying to show off our crazy moves in the hopes of grabbing the attention of someone who would be ready to pay for our drinks.
It was after nearly an hour at the floor and arms wrapped around my waist pulling me back into a chest. I ground myself against him, the alcohol telling me it was a great idea to get laid tonight, in an unknown place with an unknown man. The best kind of no strings attached ever.
"You're killing me sugar." His voice gruff in his drunken state sent jolts of pleasure through my body as recognition dawned on my inebriated mind. "This dress, those moves. You really are in the mood to create problems you don't wish to solve. I suggest you stop if you don't want to end the day with me ravishing your body, love." His voice lowering to a husky whisper by the end.
Somewhere deep inside me a sober part was screaming that I don't want to do this, that it would be better to walk away. But I paid it no mind and opened my mouth to reply to this man.
"Who said I don't James?"
