Death by the chisel

Marble and glass, I'll worship your chorus lines
With anyone on the same wavelengths of harmony.
I'll live in the leather-tight walls of the art house
Under founding faces stained with relentless tragedy.

Cries of beauty, I'll bellow in your glory,
Who tells the tales of timeless, glowing bodies—
Those who rule the heavens above us
And promise no less than the world at our feet.

Unwavering attraction, your skin glistens with fervor
From the eyes of eras unbound, to untouched pedestals
Who've pried but slivers of sunbeams from your soul.
You're untouchable, as I've always made you out to be.
