this is where the season takes the worst turn lmao
this episode makes no sense to me?? it's all about the transformation,, something we won't get to see at all in the actual play
licky's (the worst ship name) conversation in this episode was out of nowhere. how did lily get his number?? and why is she asking him of all people for advice just because they're both leads in the musical... it doesn't add up
i love the idea of the episode (the sleepovers) but not the execution,, the "drama" that was happening wasn't very high stakes,, and don't get me started on the chocolates because i think i've mentioned how much i hated that plot
"i guess today's theme is secrets." nini sorry but no
the only good thing about the episode is ricky and seblos and how helping carlos have him courage and 'closure'... he needed to do that
highlight of the episode: ricky falling
episode eleven

good performances but compared to the first season,, there were no problems to really hype me up?
ashlyn and ricky breaking their arms was pointless because it didn't affect their performance at all
miss jenn's pep talk was not it
i wish we saw ricky and nini talking for the first time after the breakup before their conversation here,, and speaking of them, their whole card plot is another frustrating thing to mention
i also wish we saw north high's production instead of hearing all the characters say it was amazing,, why not a camp rock 2 moment where both schools perform on the same day? ig covid but they could've done something more exciting
we didn't see ej and big red perform at all! and ej's conversation with mr. mazzara... he solved his college problem offscreen which i hate when graduating is such a big deal yet we see almost nothing about his feelings about it or how he gets closure from his initial problem
